Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Värmdö

Very nice house, with great views to all sides, inside spacious and very tasteful, warm despite the temporary cold, good kitchen equipment, we cooked 4x. Then also especially nice that there is the new ferry through the archipelago to Stockholm, bus to Gustavsberg does not run very regularly, but after all, a car is better for shopping. Klara and her mother-in-law were very helpful and friendly. Everything wonderful

We were 9 adults and 3 toddlers celebrating Easter in the house without needing to be crowded. Here was everything we could wish for. The house was both big, beautiful and child friendly. We took the opportunity to swim in the lake and walk to Vargstenarna on Värmdöleden - happy to come back.

Just come back from a long weekend in Sweden and are so happy we booked this place. Only about a 45 minute drive from the centre of Stockholm and you get to stay in the beautiful Swedish countryside. The house is in a beautiful location, overlooking the ocean and the sun sets right outside your back door. It is also lovely to have some outdoor space where you can go for a wonder down to the pier. The wood fired sauna was nice and relaxing on a cold evening too! The house is very well equipped and we didn’t find ourselves looking for any additional equipment. Dalaro is a 10 minute drive away and has a small supermarket and wonderful bakery to visit. It is also lovely to have a 20 minute stroll around the port and up to the viewpoints where you get a nice view across the archipelago. Tyresta National Park is also worth a visit. Christina was very helpful and always responsive and was accommodating for when we wanted to do an early check in. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

We had a very nice stay at Robert’s place for Christmas. The cottage is very cute and clean, and even had a Christmas Tree to make it extra cozy. Really recommend !

My family and I felt like at home in Anna's personally decorated and cozy home. Quiet and peaceful environment, both indoors and outdoors. Lovely balcony to enjoy beautiful summer evenings. The accommodation is close to Gustavsberg city center and the harbor, with restaurants, grocery stores, cafes and communications towards Stockholm. /Lina

We loved Jenny's apartment on Rindö. The view of the archipelago and the light-flooded rooms are a dream. For our children, the shared trampoline was the highlight. The kitchen is well equipped, so you can cook together comfortably. We can highly recommend the apartment!

We had a wonderful stay in the house and really loved everything about it. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a little beach nearby. We even saw an elk walk by. It‘s easy to go to Stockholm by bus from the commuter parking nearby. The pool was great fun. The beds are really comfy and the house is very well equipped. Alexander is a great host and super nice and we can highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful weekend at this house for my sister's bachelorette party. Frida was a really great host! Quick to respond, easy and helpful! We even got to get there the day before to decorate and prepare. Would highly recommend!🌸🌸

This was one of the best AirBnBs we ever stayed in. The beautiful setting, the great and well designed house, the greenhouse with fresh vegetables , the perfect fireplace and the small boat trips are only trumped by Johanness welcome and openness going out of his way to make sure we have the perfect escape. Beautiful location with great views from the house and sauna.

We rented the house for a bachelorette party, which the house was a good fit for. There was plenty of room for everyone, good space to hang out and dance, large enough kitchen to make dinner for our large group. The host helped us set out extra tables so we all could fit dinner, which is appreciated! Fresh and nice house suitable for larger groups and events!

We had an amazing weekend at Ornö! The house is beautifully located with a lake view and very close to the beach/jetty. Arne was available and so we got in properly when we arrived. The large wooden deck that runs around the whole house made the jus feel big and luxurious, which set is also. The wooden deck only reinforced the feeling of space. All rooms were fresh and cozy and both the kitchen and bathrooms were top notch. We are more than happy to come back to Arne's house!
