Clean and comfortable apartment. Street parking. It's very easy to get to the beach and the town center.

Cinzia was very kind and friendly both before arrival and at check-in and check-out. She met us by showing flexibility for check-in, considering that they did not all arrive together. The apartment was impeccable both for cleanliness and tidiness and the kitchen well-stocked to prepare something. The icing on the cake was the view of the sea! Great place for a family. Walking distance to restaurants and shops- as well as the sea. Balcony is a great feature. We were very pleased.

Rosaldo and Enzo are very kind and thoughtful hosts, who welcomed and greeted us with great warmth. The apartment has a breathtaking view, is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The size and furnishings of the terrace invite you to spend time & relax. The beach with the surrounding restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Great accommodation, in the middle of the city, numerous restaurants, cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity. Still had very quiet nights. The perfect place to stay to experience Sanremo. Very nice host!

Great place to stay + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50 m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was easy, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a little small at first glance, but due to the organization you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was enough for a few days of vacation). We would book the apartment again for another Sanremo trip.

Nadia is a very welcoming host, very responsive, her instructions are very clear. The accommodation is very well located in a very quiet residence, with a magnificent view from its two terraces. It is also very clean and very bright, its equipment is as described, nothing is missing. The bike path at the bottom of the residence, the provision of bicycles and the garage for the car in the basement are great assets, (not to mention the swimming pool). In short, thanks to Nadia, we had a great two-week stay in Sanremo and its surroundings. We would recommend Nadia's accommodation without hesitation. A big thank you to Nadia.

An island of peace in a Liguria that is unfortunately increasingly crowded. Perfect location for those who love the sea but also for those who are satisfied with the private pool facing the sea. House with every comfort. Private parking is a rare commodity in Cervo, and is highly appreciated. The video mode is worth mentioning to describe how to use the various services, starting with self check-in. Host and co-host always ready to respond to any request. To be repeated.

Carla is the person who takes care of Caren's property and really he's an extraordinary person! Quick responses, a host who talks with you, she recommended us beautiful places to visit (all in French to make our lives easier). The plus? The view from the apartment is even more beautiful than expected! We had two days of storms (rain, wind and thunderstorms) and the view of the raging sea was sublime! Despite the weather, people are adorable, merchants helpful, the building quiet! A real little corner of peace! Rejuvenating! Really I recommend the good you are close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle of the city. There are several activities around (you must certainly have a car) but everything is less than 5 minutes away! Really great

We had a great stay here. The house is right on the beach and you can see beautiful sunrises in the morning. The apartment is very large and has enough space to eat, cook and sleep. There is also an extra room for the bicycles.

Great hosts! They helped us quickly fix a mishap with the washing machine. The apartment is furnished in a rustic style, great sea view and 2 min to the beach.

It was perfect place to stay for our family to have a bike and beach trip. The sandy beach is just across the street and bike rental is possible nearby if the post is open for the season. Wonderful beachside restaurants and sunset aperitivo. Thanks, Gianluca!

We booked this place one day in advance and the place and location exceeded our expectations. Magnificent view, good location - 10 minutes to the beach and to the restaurants. The whole apartment was spotless and very good equipped. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant stay in a functional accommodation, and close to the sea and restaurants, private residence with outdoor parking. The accommodation is very functional to live in, beautiful living room with open kitchen, very comfortable bedding, 2 bathrooms, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the outdoors in chill or meal mode. The jetted bathtub is of no interest, however. Clean accommodation with all the cooking basics. Francesco is very attentive. There were 3 of us, but for 4 people the spaces are large enough for everyone. I recommend 👍
