Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειάζεται κανείς για μια άνετη διαμονή. Θα το προτιμούσαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Ein kleines Paradies in Athen – auch wenn nur für eine Nacht ✨ Wir hatten das große Glück, eine Nacht in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen zu dürfen – und wären am liebsten viel länger geblieben! Die Einrichtung ist mit so viel Liebe und Geschmack gestaltet, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause fühlt. Jedes Detail ist durchdacht und trägt zur besonderen Atmosphäre des Hauses bei. Unsere Gastgeberin Ειρήνη war einfach wundervoll – warmherzig, hilfsbereit und mit einem echten Gespür dafür, was Gäste brauchen, um sich willkommen zu fühlen. Trotz des kurzen Aufenthalts hat sie uns das Gefühl gegeben, mehr als nur Besucher zu sein. Man hat sich gefühlt wie bei seiner Familie! Die Lage ist ruhig und charmant, perfekt zum Ankommen und Abschalten – und dennoch ist man schnell mitten im Geschehen der Stadt. Wir haben den Abend auf der Terrasse sehr genossen und konnten richtig durchatmen. Wir können dieses Airbnb von Herzen empfehlen, Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! 💛

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

Polina was a super host, very communicative and helpful. The place is exactly as described, in fact the pool was a little bigger than we expected. You need a car to get around but that's fine. Would recommend!

Despina’s communication was second to none! By far the best host I have communicated with in air b and b. She replied super quick and was great at describing things perfectly. Which is very important when travelling to an area you don’t know. The villa itself was spectacular, and the view from the balcony is in my top three sea views of all time! Haha. I would 100% recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with me ❤️

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Ο χώρος και το σπίτι είναι καλύτερα κι από τις φωτογραφίες και ξεπερνάει τις προσδοκίες σου. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και προσεγμένο με κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Από τα πολύ θετικά ή άμεση επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες για κάθε απορία και οι ακριβείς οδηγίες. Το μέρος είναι ήσυχο κι απομονωμένο. Το αξιοποιήσαμε για να περάσουμε χρόνο με τους φίλους μας και να ψήσουμε στην βεράντα, πάντα με σεβασμό προς την ιδιοκτησία του οικοδεσπότη. Θα το ξανα προτιμήσω!

Had such a great stay at the villa. It’s 3 apartments in one villa which was perfect for us. Lots of space so noone on top of each other. The main kitchen was big enough to cook for all of us so we didnt use the others. The pool is stunning with beautiful surroundings and both shade and sun areas. There are also outdoor showers. All amenities including washing machine but there is no bbq so do not buy bbq coals on your way here as you won’t be able to use them! The cats were cute and there was also a tortoise around that we made friends with. I would 100% stay here again it was such a good vibe to the place and not cluttered just everything you need but nice and tidy and very clean. The hot water was a bit miss in the main apartment as solar powered so it was hotter in the afternoon than the morning but this was no problem for us. A gorgeous beach is a few mins drive (yes the hill really is too steep to walk) the BEST bakery and there are many good restaurants a short drive away

Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad met 4 volwassenen, 2 hondjes en een baby. Het huis (en tuin en zwembad) is mega goed onderhouden en super schoon. Antonis stuurde van te voren gezellige spraakberichten met duidelijke instructies en zijn moeder ontving ons ruim voor de inchecktijd (dit was geen probleem). Als er iets was konden we het hele verblijf bij ze terecht en we zijn zelfs nog een keer verrast met heerlijke verse broodjes. We zijn 1 dagje naar Athene geweest, wat goed te doen was met een auto. Verder is er (in het laagseizoen) niet heel veel te beleven in de omgeving, maar aangezien het huis zo fijn is hoeft dat ook helemaal niet. Top verblijf!

Marissa’s apartment always felt homely, cool and comfortable to come back to after we ventured out exploring the area . It was an easy 10min walk to the cutest swimming coves and also a big variety of restaurants . The full kitchen allowed us to prepare our own meals sometimes. Tea/coffee and condiments were already on hand. The bedding was very cosy and the roll down blinds allowed for darkness in the room if you preferred that over light. The views from the balcony were mesmerising and we found our self’s sitting in the lounge area just staring at the water and boats alot ! It’s a fabulous apartment for a stay in Voulgameni- such a pretty seaside resort town with so much to explore .

Excellent location; near all of the fab restaurants and beach clubs and walkable to the small town center of Vougliameni.

Great value for money apartment , modern design , clean interior. Voula area is famous as peaceful area with no problems for neighborhood.Host is always available to assist you . Definitely visit again

The view is superb, lovely terrace, super clean and amenities are perfect. One advise, no heavy luggage as there are some stairs leading to the building. Highly recommended!

My sister and our partners stayed here for four days, and we loved every moment of it. The place was private, clean, and when we got a car, the host allowed us to park it. Beautiful, trustworthy place and family running it.

Just perfect. Highly recommended for people traveling for leisure or for work. The zen house in Voula is truly zen. Beautifully furnished and amazing balconies all around. It’s very spacious and cozy at the same time. I had all amenities I needed, high level stuff. Konstantinos was very responsive, flexible and helpful with everything I needed. The house has great lighting, high speed internet. Very safe and green area. Luxury mattresses which is very rare. So I had the best sleep. It’s in a safe, quiet area with nice park close to one supermarket and pharmacy. you can take a taxi and in 5 minutes you’re in the center with amazing coffees and shops. So location wise it’s one of the best for people or families who seek relaxation as well as things to do.

We had a wonderful 9 night stay at the villa and it worked fantastically well for us with a multi generational family. Konstantinos was so helpful prior to us arriving, sorting baby equipment etc, and even arranging for a paddling pool to be set up ready for our toddler's arrival. He met us in person and had many recommendations and was easy to contact throughout the visit - he was even able to get a family member to come and help us when we got locked out of the house by mistake late at night. We really enjoyed the area: we know Athens well but felt it would be too hot at this time of year with young children. The area was the perfect compromise as we could drive into Athens to see friends but the closest beach was just 5 mins away and there were many good restaurants to eat at. It was wonderful to sit in the garden with a breeze and look out at the sea and the outside space is well set up for meals outside. The house has been done beautifully and is comfortable. Thank you!
