Preeti was responsive to my queries. The caretaker Mangal was also quite co-operative. Overall a nice stay.

It was a great stay at Ritz mansion. We were a group of 14 friends and we stayed for 3 nights. The house is located near a major junction. So it convenient to go anywhere in Varanasi. The main temple area is reachable by a vehicle or walk if you don't mind some walking. The house is spacious, has good furniture and common areas, including terrace. We enjoyed partying and group activities very much. The caretakers were helpful. There were some niggles with running water a couple of times, but I think they can address those. The cab service was expensive, so we found Uber or local transport to be better. For home cooked food, you need to give advance notice, so we could not avail that. We enjoyed the tea and breakfast cooked by them. It was easy to order food from swiggy when we did not eat out. Thanks Gaurav and team for a memorable stay. This is highly recommended for everyone!

We stayed at this beautiful property between 2nd June to 6th June and the whole experience was wonderful. The hosts are super nice, friendly and very helpful. The place is nearby to various landmarks and temples in Varanasi. Would highly recommend this property if in Varanasi.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. Akbar helped us arrive to the location without any issues. Mehdi gave us great local advice and places to visit. Mumtaz and Julie did a great job of managing the property each day. The property can be a little difficult for rickshaw drivers to find but we stuck with the same driver for our stay so it wasn't an issue. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed tea each morning on the balcony. The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were always clean. The air conditioning was new and very good. There is a good supermarket about 5 minutes away on a rickshaw.

Beautiful place and beautiful people here at this boutique hotel. We are very grateful for the help given to us and the genuine hospitality. The garden setting and the sense of retreating to a quiet, clean space with calm atmosphere is a requirement in the chaos of Varanasi streets.

I spent a full month at this lovely home. There are rooms upstairs on the second story, with a balcony overlooking a beautiful private garden full of birds and tropical plants. There's a center shared sitting area and dining table along with a very serviceable kitchen. As I have a prosthetic leg, I requested the one guest room downstairs and appreciated the easy access and lack of stairs. I opted for the home cooked dinners most every night, and enjoyed the quality and nutritional value of these well made meals made in a kitchen that was clean and very tidy. Mehdi's family lives in the home, and so there's usually someone around to ask a question of, or answer a quick text. The graciousness of the family deeply impressed me, and left me with a sense of loss, and appreciation for new friends at departure time. The location is fantastic for walking about to the main sites, and the street food is super too. Varanasi does have a mosquito issue, so plan ahead.
