Apartment vacation rentals in Varanasi

It was a great experience to be at Sunita Ji's place. Sunita ji and her Husband is very responsive as a host. Please note parking is not inside the property premises, however as per my stay it was safe. Her Husband Pankaj ji helped us to travel locally with informations and during Mahakumbh 2025 he also helped us with much needed informations about route. In a nutshell if you have flexibility in mobility then it will be a good stay.

pros - Host is great, responsive even in night at 1 am. 2BHK pristine and comfortable and so affordable and he can arrange extra bedding for us. both rooms has AC and there is 2 double bad 1 single bed and 1 sofa and he is also arrange bedding if you have extra last minute add up. 2 bathroom 1 indian and 1 western. its on 3rd floor 500m away from Sankat mochan temple. cons- E-rickshaw is available almost every time except 4 in the morning for that you need to walk for 5-6mins beware street dog early in the morning they bark only. its a must stay for family

The property was extremely neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like home. Every corner was spotless, the kitchen had clean utensils, and the entire house was fully air-conditioned for complete comfort. The host was very responsive and ensured a smooth and pleasant stay. Special thanks to Dube ji, the caretaker, who was incredibly helpful throughout. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-kept place to stay.

Good clean stay for the price point. Close to Railway Station

We had a wonderful family stay at Happy Home Stay in Varanasi! The place is exactly as shown in the pictures – super clean rooms, washrooms, and the entire house. Extra bedding was also thoughtfully provided, which came in handy. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, making it convenient for families. A special thanks to Rati, who was extremely helpful throughout our 3-night, 4-day stay. She was kind enough to allow us a late check-out till 1:30 PM since our train was at 3 PM, even though the regular check-out time was 11 AM. The homestay is little away from the temple, which actually makes it quieter and more peaceful. The building guard and Mr. Sonu were also very helpful – Sonu even helped us book autos at 3 AM for our darshan! Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience, and we truly enjoyed our time there. Would definitely recommend it for families visiting Varanasi!

Good place. VFM. New place, surronding some construction happening but does not disturb you once you are inside. Propety was clean and the host responsive. would recommend this place and will love to stay at the same place on my next visit to Varanasi.

Place is at best surroundings, everything is nearby, ghats are nearby only. safe and secure society. Madhu ji and varsha ji both are good communicators, they are just 1 text away, and outdone themselves to fulfill all requirements. only 1 issue I faced, as I am doing wfh along, so wifi issue was there, but it's just because of monkeys around, and varsha aunt tried everything to resolve at its earliest. so all in all, it's totally worth it. I really loved my time here, whether it's cleanliness or anything. uncle and aunt also very humble and nice to talk with if you are solo travelling here, just like family.

Faiz is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet! He was right here from the moment we entered the city till the moment we left. Going above and beyond he made sure my parent felt comfortable and helped them with everything they needed to know about their cause to bananas. From recommendations on how to get things done to being there at a late hour for our checkin. 100% worth it!

I would like to say that my stay in Varanasi was fantastic. Saurabh's room is fantastic. Spacious, with a comfortable bed, fan, air conditioning and very good internet connection. You can really feel very comfortable here. The room also has a bathroom and a small kitchen, with access to fresh water. Saurabh is an extraordinary person. Very open, nice, helpful and above all caring for his guest. He treated me like his brother, making sure that I lacked nothing and regularly checking that everything was fine. This is very special and important. The room was prepared perfectly by him, clean and tidy. I am very grateful to Saurabh for his care and hospitality. When I come back to Varanasi, I will definitely stay here. So if you, dear traveler, come here, look no further. You have just found the perfect place for your stay:)

I visited for 1 days with my wife, son (3 yrs) and father in law (65 yrs). We really like the place. The place as like as you seen in photos. When we arrived, It was 2 PM , I asked to uncle “can I do blinkt and buy milk “. He said yes. And after 2 minutes, He brought a packet from his home. Small things but matters a lot. Tea masala was very tasty , I forget to asked the brand name . Next day we were rush to catch the train . We tried OLA but driver cancelled the booking. I told to uncle , he immediately called a person , he came and drop me on station on time . Overall nice place . U recommend once should try once if you are planning to visit Varanasi with kid or with parents. Thanks uncle and madam for hosting us at your place.

We enjoyed our stay here. The host was responsive and also offers local tours. They were kind enough to gel organise hassle free transport to and from the airport. The apartment is very spacious and in a nice residential area. It has a big terrace which is perfect for evenings out. Swiggy and ZOMATO deliver here. I’d certainly recommend staying here. It’s also very close to the Sankat Mochan temple.

Harsh is a great and very hospitable air bnb owner. He is super friendly and goes extra mile to make you feel comfortable. We went with an infant to Varanasi and had few requests- harsh helped us out a lot. The property is located in the heart of city and everything is walkable. It is located in the quaint streets of Banaras near the main temple. You should be ready to walk the narrow lanes Would recommend the place if you are up for full Varanasi experience

Had a wonderful stay at this rooftop Airbnb hosted by Utkarsh. The entire home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The rooftop vibe was a real highlight—perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view. Utkarsh was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Place is exactly the same as shown in pics. Amenities are also as per description. Hosts are nice persons and responsive to your needs. It is around 2.5 km from Dashashwamegh Ghat. It would have been icing on the cake if property was located on main road. However, host and their people are ever ready to arrange auto/toto for you at any time. I stayed there with my family. I found this apartment suitable for a group of 6-8 persons. They have provided basic amenities in kitchen. You can bring raw material and prepare your own food. They also provide meal on chargeable basis on prior request by guests. However, we mostly relied on local delicacies available in market and also ordered online food. Locality looked decently safe and secured. Hosts themselves staying in opposite house is biggest advantage of this property. Hosts are very soft spoken people and makes you comfortable at first instance.

We stayed for 3 days and had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient for visiting the temple. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only minor concern was that the bedrooms were a bit small, so there wasn’t enough space for a sitting area inside them. Other than that, everything was great!

Arjun was highly responsive and addressed all my queries before booking. The property matched the pictures and description perfectly. Sudha, the caretaker, gave us a warm welcome, explained everything in detail, and even prepared tea for us after our long drive—much appreciated! The property is about 3–4 km from the temple and 3 km from Dashashwamedh Ghat, with plenty of autos and e-rickshaws available right outside. It also offers ample parking space. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kashi for darshan!

We had arrived before check-in time because of the morning train. Thankfully Binu let us keep our bags till the time previous guests checkout. The place was very clean and tidy. Big rooms, fresh interiors. In a peaceful surroundings, walkable to next rickshaw for city tours. Very comfortable. We had a great stay!

Very clean, homely and comfortable space, with lots of light in the living area. The entire flat is done up well and is suitable for long stays. Pankaj and Meenakshi are very helpful, thoughtful and proactive hosts. They are also receptive to feedback and ensure that the stay is seamless for their guests. All in all had a comfortable and relaxing stay, and will definitely consider coming back when in Varanasi.

This was my first visit to Varanasi, so it was little confusing for me to finalise and decide upon a stay but thanks to Air BNB for Iqbal's recommendation, it was a pleasant stay and also the property is well maintained, Iqbal was very helpful and very friendly as well. Can Highly recommend his apartment in Varanasi. The best was that all the landmarks are very accessible from his apartment. Thank you Iqbal.

The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed… good WiFi, security, smart tv and well secured. The host was well communicative. I’d totally recommend that place. 🙏🏽
