We stayed in the 2nd floor of the penthouse apartment. It was more than adequate for our 5 member group. The place was clean and surrounded by greenery. Our balcony had a nice view. Really enjoyed the stay.

Amazing place we got to experience to sleep in tiny home with 2nd floor and bed. The main house is nice as well. How we wish we stay longer. Our kids love it. Pradeep is a great host grateful to comeback again.

hi we had a great weekend in this home stay.. rahu is too responsible and polite. special mention to care take naveen.. he helped us in all ways.. he was too responsible to all our queries. arrangements are well made by him. naveen is too friendly must visit spot to stay again.. Highly recommendable..

Had a pleasant stay at GB castle. The place is very near to the Boat house, Nature park etc. The host and caretaker are very responsive. The caretaker is attentive and helpful. Even though the stay was pleasant, Yelagiri as a place itself doesn't have that much good restaurants to eat. If it was not for the pizza place near this house we would have gone hungry most of the times.. If they could provide home-made food or have options to deliver good quality breakfast/dinner it would be great. I would definitely refer this place for large families or gatherings.

Very peacefull place and surrounded with greens and host is kind. food is good. Its best time spending there. climate was awesome. we are from chennai city and stayed here one day and its refreshing and quite place to rejuvenate ourself.

Review 1 of 2 A newly constructed 2B2HK independent home. Ground floor has 1BHK and first floor has 1BH and terrace, both have individual access and have no shared spaces and are available to rent separately or together. Location: Located on main road, near Bharat petrol bunk. Attractions are less than 4kms away. From the terrace you get 270° views of the hills surrounding Yelagiri. Remember you need to rent the top floor or the entire property to have access to the terrace. Cleanliness: Everything was fresh and pristine since they have never been used Service: The property manager Wilfred is extremely helpful and his wife Emily is a great cook. You are provided with tea/coffee twice a day for free. Wilfred can get you food from any restaurant in Yelagiri for a charge of ₹200 per 3 trips. Amenities: Has all the amenities of a modern home stay except WiFi (told will be available soon). Can't comment about the kitchen since didn't use it but it doesn't appear to be a fully equipped one.

I was looking for a short ride from Bangalore and wanted a place to stay for a day. Came across this in airbnb and place didn't have any review back then. I liked the photos and thought will try it out . I was not disappointed, lovely small cottage adequate for 2 people. (we were 3 though) Ample parking place and good food joints were suggested by Raman the caretaker. Even though I just knew two words of tamil the communication was easy. If they would provide some tea, breakfast and toiletries it would have been little more value for money.
