New house with very high standard on Brensholmen, about 40-50 min drive from Tromsø airport. 2 km to convenience store and about 10 km to inn and hotel on Sommarøy. The house is 150 m2 and is on 2 floors with 5 bedrooms + small older sleeping cabin of 15 m2. Idyllically located by the sea, so close that the waves can hit the brick wall at high tide.
