This house has a cottage character and is not suitable for meticulous guests. Guest card on request and payment of the guest tax possible. The apartment on the top floor of the house is located in the middle of Schruns, on the Litz promenade (river). The center can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Thanks to a key safe, the apartment can be entered contactlessly at any time after 3 PM. You will receive the key safe code 1-3 days before your arrival. Parking space for 1 car, max. 2 m wide and 4 m long!

Das Apartment MountainView am Fuße des berühmten Brandnertals wurde im Herbst 2024 umfangreich modernisiert und wartet nun auf deinen Besuch! Das Apartment ist infrastrukturell perfekt angebunden. Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Montafon is only 15 minutes by car, as well as Klostertal 15 minutes by car, and Lech is about 25 minutes by car. With the premium guest card you can enjoy free bus, train and unlimited mountain railway rides. In addition, you get 1 free entry to the Val Blu indoor pool, some outdoor pools are free, shopping in 5 minutes

Herzlich willkommen im Chalet-ALOHA ALOHA steht im Hawaiianischen für Freundlichkeit, Frieden, Lebensfreude, Liebe und Wertschätzung. Dazu möchte ich euch einladen und euch ein wohliges Zuhause bieten. Das Chalet liegt in der Dorfmitte. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr: Dorfladen, Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Schwimmbad. 15 Gehminuten sind es zum Fluss. Im Sommer laden Wanderungen zu Touren ein, im Winter findet ihr wunderbare Skigebiete. Der kostenlose Skibus bringt euch dorthin.

Through large panoramic windows you can be tickled by the sun as you wake up and watch the moonlight in the evening with a glass of wine. Enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama from every room, which you can only get with us! The "all inclusive" apartment for 2 to 6 people is integrated into our modern wooden construction. We look forward to the visits of new people as well as old friends and are available to all guests with advice and assistance in planning and implementing tours!

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Bludenz and has a spacious storage room for sports equipment as well as a private laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and the possibility to hang up clothing. Supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. Bus stops are in the immediate vicinity and the train station can be reached in a short time. Bludenz is the ideal starting point for various hiking and skiing areas. Arlberg, Sonnenkopf, Montafon, Golm, Gargellen, Brandnertal…).

The house is in a quiet, sunny location with beautiful views of the mountains. Here you will find an ideal retreat to breathe deeply and recharge. Linens and towels are provided for you. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The name says it all for these apartments, as local materials such as wood and stone were used in the construction. The owners grew up in Brand and parts of their families still live in Brand. The tourist operator also grew up in Brand and knows the valley like the back of his hand. A Brand service, i.e. a warm, genuine hospitality can thus be felt.

Family of 4 rents cozy and new 2-room apartment with mountain views. The apartment is located in a quiet but central location in Vandans. The town center is within walking distance. The Golm cable car is in the same place and can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. The Silvretta-Montafon cable cars (Schruns access) are about 6 km away and can also be reached in a few minutes by car.

Our apartment can accommodate up to four people and has a bedroom and a kitchen-living room. A pull-out couch, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi are also available. There is also a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The terrace and a small garden invite you to relax and linger in. There is also a heated basement compartment. A carport is available for the safe parking of your car.

The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 1 child or possibly a 2nd child (from 3 years - unsecured staircase). The apartment is on the upper floor of our single-family house and is reached via the shared front door and the staircase. For people over 185 cm tall, the door heights and the roof slope could be an obstacle. We live in a quiet location.
