House vacation rentals in Van Dyks Bay

So enjoyed our weekend away! It was peaceful and we had beautiful weather as well - which was surprising for June. Walking distance to and from the beach. Enjoyed the fire pit area and chats around the fire and the pool. Good kitchen facilities and sleeping accommodation. Everything was clean. The neighborhood also felt safe. Claudette is also a very good host - very helpful and responsive with queries pre-check-in and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Rooi Els. Heide hat uns herzlichst empfangen und uns verschiedene Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten empfohlen. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft und die Ausstattung hervorragend. Wir haben uns direkt zuhause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war super einfach, schnell und freundlich. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt von Herzen empfehlen! Vielen Dank

Die Aussicht auf das Meer und auf die Bucht würde auch 6 Sterne bekommen, falls das möglich wäre. Alle 3 Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit eigenem Bad. Wir hatten zu viert reichlich Platz. Der Pool mit 'Cabrio-Dach' macht Spaß und hat den gleichen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer wie das Wohnzimmer. Insgesamt trotz des gehobenen Preises eine runde Sache. Wenn jemand gerne und viel selber kochen möchte, ist die Küche nur bedingt geeignet - trotzdem 5 Sterne, da die 4 Sterne für die Küche von den 6 Sternen für den Ausblick ausgeglichen werden.

Good tip to spend some time in the Cliff Walk and best to go there in the early morning, peaceful place.

I am writing this review while we are still at the property. We have stayed in many AirBnB's, but never have we encountered a place as fascinating as Kloof House. Nestled into the trees, at the bottom of the mountains, is this haven of peace. Due to the way it is built we feel one with nature. The interior is thoughtfully dominated by wood and endless floor to ceiling glass, it is warm and intriguing. We constantly stop to gaze at the forest. It almost feels a bit like being part of Jurassic Park, just without the dinosaurs. Inside it is pure luxury, no expenses have been spared, top notch appliances and so generously stocked, incredibly beautiful and stylish furniture, insanely comfortable beds. The nature pool, large hot tub and braai area are a real treat. All of this coupled with the friendliness and immediate responsiveness of the hosts makes this getaway one we will never forget. Storkerden is an absolutely fantastic beach house with so much to offer. Our family had such an awesome restful time here. Every room has a beach view. It was bliss. I can highly recommend it!

Such a fabulous weekend! The house is well positioned, light, airy and really well equipped with everything you need. Towels, linen, soaps and extra welcome gifts of wine fruit and milk didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks for a truly super stay and allowing our doggies to stay too. Lynda and Kevin’s cottage is very peaceful with a beautiful view. It’s a short walk to the beach and the cottage has everything one could need for a comfortable stay. This was my second stay at the cottage, and it has been very well maintained and is very clean.

Beautifully decorated and well appointed beach home. Carla is a communicative host who responded quickly to requests. Well located very close to the sea and the cliff path. Would definitely return.

When you are in need of relaxation, privacy and luxury, the Hangklip Villa is the place for you! Being in a nature reserve and not close to any neighbours are an added bonus. Everything is well planned for comfort - from the lovely living area to the upper 'reading room' with its magnificent views over the ocean. The kitchen is a chef's dream and the main bedroom is well equipped and stunningly beautiful. To top it all the views of the mountains can be viewed from all the rooms patios and is just as breathtaking. Eric is a super host and extremely helpful. The 5 stars are well deserved!

Lovely and well kept, Heleen was super as a host, the location was amazing with clever architecture to hide from the wind and still enjoy the clear nights and days.

We had such a relaxing stay, exactly what we needed. The space was private, peaceful, and well set up for a comfortable break. Our host was responsive and made everything easy. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway.

The house is very comfortably laid out and furnished. It feels like new, and is crisp and clean. The town is a quiet beach holiday town with no shopping areas. Alison gave us detailed information about this, as well as where to get groceries and the preferred route to get to the house. This was our second year in a row in Taryn-Lee's house and we will 100% return for a family gathering in future. The house is perfect for a large group, clean and comfortable and great value for money over December. Highly recommend!

Truly a gem of a place! Clean, comfortable and cosy with a lovely large enclosed garden for the dogs. We loved listening to the frogs at night and the bountiful of beautiful birds in the day. Close enough to the main road with lots of restaurants and to the wandelpad for lovely long sunrise and sunset walks with the dogs. Allison as a host was friendly and accommodating. We loved Allison’s place and will always try to come back in the future. Thank you Allison.

We LOVED the house and felt very comfortable there. It is very quite, safe, close to the beach and the house is just beautiful. Very tasteful interior design and everything needed was there. We would love to come back some time. Definitely recommendable!!!
