The cottage is very well kept and nicely decorated. It's located in a very beautiful area with lovely views of the lake. It is well equipped and the beds are vey comfy. Rattvik is very nice too so everything made our stay fantastic. And Fredrik responds immediately to any queries. I definitely recommend this cottage...we loved it.

Had a very pleasant stay. Photos and description were correct. Clean and tidy apartment that contained everything one would need. Calm and cozy tuna. Nice and central location. Quick response from landlords if we had any questions. Highly recommend.

We spent a night in Mariann's amazingly nice apartment. The view was unbeatable and Mariann has really thought of all the details. Felt like home and we were missing nothing. Have only good things to say about the location and can highly recommend staying in this little gem if you visit Rättvik!

We loved every minute in this amazingly nice cabin! It was clean and nice and we really lacked nothing. The location is also so amazingly beautiful with lovely sunsets over Lake Orsa. We would love to come back more times.

We spent five days in Maria’s beautiful home and absolutely loved it. The house is wonderfully cozy—there’s a fireplace upstairs, plus a second room with another one and spare bed. We adored the authentic Swedish character of the place, especially the kitchen. Maria was warm and welcoming, offered excellent local tips, and was always helpful. The location just outside Leksand is ideal, with plenty to see and do nearby. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay here.

Nice cottage, well equipped kitchen, great host. Not as close to the lake as I thought of the pictures, nor so secluded and private - the cottage is between the garage and large residential block, so I closed down all the curtains to make me feel left alone. Fresh and clean, very lovely place! The host only speaks English can be good to know.

We had a great stay! The location is beautiful and very quiet – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house is super cute and cozy, and the host was very friendly and flexible with the check-in. One small thing to note: the winter garden with the big table for 8 people isn’t heated, so it can get a bit chilly in colder months. Also, the stove is a bit slow. But overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there!

Nice and fresh cabin. Quiet area with lake views. When Mora then our trip included Vasaloppet. The only negative were well the beds in the loft, they should be put together to a double bed or a double bed in the room downstairs. Now it got a little messy but in the end very cozy. The child loved the cottage and wanted we would stay there until the summer 😄

We had a great time at Emil’s place! It’s perfectly located in a quiet village between Mora and Orsa. We skied at Grönklitt and enjoyed coming back to our cosy home and cooking up big meals together. Emil was very responsive and gave great recommendations. There was even some local cheese and sausage for us in the fridge when we arrived! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very spacious, great and nicely decorated house. Particularly noteworthy is the proximity to the Vasaloppet line at the Oxberg control point and the starting point Oxberg for the 45 and 30 km distance. The host are helpful and very friendly. We didn't miss anything - we'd love to come back.
