Apartment vacation rentals in Valun

I and 2 of my friends stayed for a week in the apartment and visited the whole island. Having reserved parking, we never had a problem parking the car near the house. The apartment is super, with a covered outdoor table and a vegetable garden from which you can pick all the fresh and delicious vegetables tended by Goran, the owner. Goran is a golden person, always available, without him our vacation would not have been so unique. Thanks Goran!

Great location. Rooftop is a major perk. Easy check in with parking down the street. Hosts were communicative and came by to say hi and reset WiFi. Wi-Fi download speed was ~80Mbps plenty for work calls.

The place is very nice everything you need available and very clean. Location Perfect: City of Cres and beautiful beaches on the other side of the shore can be reached quickly and on foot. The hosts Kornelija and Boris are very hospitable and can give good tips. I can recommend the place and will definitely come back.

A pleasant two-day getaway in a fabulous sea view studio. The apartment has been renovated and all furniture and appliances are modern. A small and clean space where nothing is really missing. There is also convenient free parking under the apartment. Tina was a super host, she provided us with useful tips on the area. We hope to be back!

My wife and I had a great time at Alice's. The carefully decorated accommodation is perfect for settling in and visiting the area. You can also land there. The environment is very quiet, the garden is landscaped with great taste and is refreshing and soothing. Alice's animals (dog and cat) are part of the life of the place. They're really lovely. Alice is very considerate with her guests. She has a remarkable sense of hospitality. We had a great time with her. We've only had good experiences with AirBnb but coming to Alice's was an exceptional stay. Thanks for everything Alice.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time staying in Zorica and Ivo's lovely apartment. The view of the bay really is as beautiful as the photo! We were met by Ivo when we arrived who was very friendly and welcoming and he gave us some recommendations about where to swim etc. Highly recommended for any couples wanting a relaxing holiday. This was our 1st AIRBNB stay. We really enjoyed these 4 nights at Dubravka and Pino's place. They were very friendly hosts without being intrusive. They were happy to help with any questions. The apartment is centrally located yet quiet. On foot you are 3 minutes from the water (but we preferred beaches - these are easy to find by car! - away from mass tourism), in 5 minutes you are at the small supermarket, in 15 minutes in the beautiful center of the city with many restaurants. Both to the north and south you can easily explore the island by car from here. The view from the balcony is unique - wake up in the morning and look at the sea, enjoy the view in the evening with a glass of wine on the balcony. The property looks like the pictures, is very clean and well appointed. Overall, we were thrilled with our first Airbnb stay. THANK YOU Dubrovka+ Pino! :-)

The apartment is exactly as described and fully matches the photos – clean, well-equipped and cozy. Sandra is a very friendly and helpful hostess, who makes you feel welcome immediately. A note: the coastal road runs directly below the house. To get to the beach, you have to cross it. That didn't bother us, but it's good to know that in advance. Overall, a great stay – highly recommended!

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

A beautifully furnished apartment in the best location to the beach and old town/harbor without hustle and bustle. Very clean and well maintained with everything you need! I'm sure we'll be happy to come back :)

We were very enthusiastic about the accommodation and were very kindly received by Tomi. Our apartment was very nicely decorated as in the photos and we felt right at home. The apartment is not far from the city, about 7 minutes by car. You have everything nearby but you are still in the countryside. What we really liked is that you have your own private area for the sea with a staircase to the water approx. 10 min by car. I would recommend this apartment, everything went smoothly at check-in & check-out. If we go to Krk again, we will definitely book there again.

We spent a few very relaxing days at Sandra's. The place is very spacious and nicely furnished. We especially liked the balcony very much, as you have a wonderful view from there. Sandra was very friendly and everything worked smoothly.

We absolutely loved our week at Casa Mandarin. It is a really beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment which has been decorated to a very high standard with all the mod cons including a wonderful shower, a very comfortable bed and a kitchen full of high spec appliances. It is very private and the centre of Opatija is a 5 minute stroll down the hill. Marco was super helpful and kind and available for any questions we had throughout our stay. Highlights for us included the birdlife around the apartment (jays, swallows and bats!), shopping at the local fruit & veg market (located 5 mins walk from Casa Mandarin), breakfast on the east-facing terrace (with wonderful fresh produce from the market!), waking up to see a cruise ship, a tall ship and a massive container ship all in the harbour at the same time! (incredible views of the harbour from the kitchen window) and a wonderful meal on our last evening at Valle Losca restaurant in Volosko.

Alens place was lovely and very clean. We found the steep winding roads and sharp turns a bit of a challenge. She was lovely to deal with and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Would have liked to be a little closer to restaurants. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

The house is fully equipped, and I had a great time with my kids. I was reluctant to leave, and the host responded very quickly. Thank you for providing such a great environment.💗

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

Great location and lovely apartment

Bozana is a very nice host. The apartment is big enough for 2 families (4 adults and 2 children) , is clean and at 12-14 minutes walk from a beautiful beach. It will be our first choice if we will come back to Krk island.

We spent four nights here with our family and loved every minute of it. It is a beautiful space, and easily accommodated six adults and a baby. We were able to cook every night and dine at the outdoor table next to the small dipping pool, before taking a post-dinner dip in that pool. It’s right in the old town of Krk, which is super charming. The beds were comfortable, and we were lacking for nothing. Highly recommend!
