The ground floor offers an open space with living room and equipped kitchen, a functional shower room with toilet and a cozy bedroom with single bed and walk-in closet. The mezzanine accommodates a double bedroom, be careful, the ceiling is low! Enjoy your meals on the adjoining terrace, while admiring the view of the vineyards from the edge of the forest that borders the property.

House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house renovated in 2023 with very nice amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next to our own house. You can enjoy our swimming pool during the summer period from June 1st to October 31st: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

Restaurants, movie theaters, wine bars, bowling... Exact address: 5 Impasse Plan du Col and not cross. Maps doesn't know, taxes do...

In the heart of the beautiful medieval village of Grignan. At the foot of the castle, discover this warm house of the 17th century. Its interior of 60 m² really cozy in three levels, will offer you all the necessary comfort for your stay. Downstairs, a nice dining kitchen is equipped with a toilet. On the first level, a sitting area TV and reading, on the last level a nice bedroom with bed 160 and a beautiful bathroom. A magnificent stone staircase connects the different levels.

A bathroom with double sink, bathtub, shower, toilet and sauna, and a toilet in the courtyard. Shared: large 12m pool, laundry room, playground and parking.
