The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Studio Cocoon

Studio centre-ville, 5 mn de la gare à pied, parking gratuit gare. Très bonne prestation, super équipé, refait entièrement à neuf, au RDC, fond de cour au calme et sécurisé. Couchage 2 personnes, 1 vrai lit queen size matelas à mémoire de forme. Appart non-fumeur. Arrivée entre 15h et 19h. Possible d’arriver en dehors de ces horaires mais avec un supplément. SDB : Douche italienne 120x70 Toilettes séparées. Chambre : Lit 160x200, TV 50’’ Placard de rangement, Fenêtres avec volets électriques.

Nid de calme central climatisé

Nid de calme absolu dans un des quartiers les plus animé et chic de Lyon. Idéale pour personne en déplacement professionnelle ou pour couple souhaitant découvrir la ville. Le logement est situé à pied à : -30 secondes des transports en commun et commerces. -15 min de la gare part-dieu/navette directe pour l'aéroport. -3 min du parc de la tête d'or poumon de la ville. -Cuisine entièrement équipée avec couteaux qui coupent :) -Quartier avec les meilleurs bars/restaurants/night-club de Lyon.

A nod to Jean Macé's design

Charmant appartement design tout équipé et entièrement rénové. Il est situé dans le quartier Jean-Macé-Universités, proche de la gare Part-Dieu, Perrache et de la place Bellecour. Il est très bien desservi (Métro, tramway et bus à 5 min à pied). Tout confort : Séjour avec cuisine équipée, chambre séparée avec bloc climatisation. Wifi, TV HD, lave linge, frigo, four, micro-onde, plaque de cuisson induction, machine nespresso, théière, sèche-cheveux, table et fer à repasser, coffre-fort)

Quiet house with view. Completely renovated large living room, equipped kitchen, toilet, 1 sofa bed, 1 master suite. Upstairs 1 bedroom with 2 160 beds 1 shower room 1 separate toilet. 1 double bed and 1 single bed. In the basement, a relaxation area with spa sauna hammam (extra €30 per person for the first night plus €10 per additional night and per person. A garden with gas plancha, pétanque, dining area. Parking. This gîte has obtained 4 stars.

Independent studio in Beaujolais

We welcome you to the heart of the Pierres Dorées region: Bois d'Oingt (Val d'Oingt) Small village of 2200 inhabitants, with all the services (shops, café, market...) that animate the village square and that give it all its charm. I designed and built the tree house to offer you a dreamy break and natural poetry. Built with local and eco-friendly materials, it offers the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Charming cottage for 2 people located in the heart of nature in the Beaujolais Vert. The village of Ranchal is 13 km from Lac des Sapins, 20 km from Beaujeu and 30 km from La Clayette. You will appreciate the excellent comfort of its interior combining the modernity and character of the cottage. The area is a real paradise for nature lovers, walkers and sportsmen; possibility for a horseback riding stopover.
