My stay went very well. I am very grateful to the host, Julio, who received me with care and attention at all times. The house has ample space, perfectly accommodating even large groups. Some aspects deserve maintenance, but they are certainly the result of natural wear and tear caused by use and the passage of time itself. The beautiful view of the mountains and the backyard, with a very well-kept garden, make up for it. My dogs and I had a great time. The condominium is safe and quiet, where silence prevails. It was a very positive experience.

Fantastic and pristine place in ASA Sud, really liked the place a lot with a lot of comfortable amenities. It’s very convenient if one chooses to stay in ASA Sud with all its fantastic restaurants, coffee places and grocery stores. I would very happily book this place again…

Wonderful hosting! Better than the pictures!! Everything clean! Everything working fine! The house accommodates people perfectly! The host responds quickly and is very attentive! The area is great! I only have compliments! And as a bonus, there are two kittens in the house who are always up for cuddles!

The house is excellent, the view is fantastic, the house is well located, it allowed us to live memorable moments and experiences.

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

Perfect stay! The place is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, cozy and very well located. The host was extremely attentive, always available to answer questions and offer local tips. Check-in was quick and easy, and we found everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen utensils to quality linens. The experience exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!

Excellent apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with swimming pool, court, playground and a shopping mall just below that offered convenience options, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast food restaurants. Close to the subway and easy to get around the region. I recommend it!

We stayed 40 days in Marlon's apartment and felt at home during the period. The site is very functional and close to various facilities such as bakeries, markets, gyms, restaurants and subway station. I highly recommend this place.

Everything perfect. Leonardo was an excellent host, very willing and attentive. The apartment is impeccable and extremely complete!! Only add two items to be complete, air-conditioned in the bedrooms that it does not have. But as we were in a period of mild weather, we did not suffer!! Indico, you won't regret it!! It is already on my return list.
