Excellent hostess and excellent place to stay in Brasilia in Aguas Claras

The stay was great, all as planned. The space is exactly as in the photos, all very neatly clean and organized. The condominium has a great structure and organization, they value security a lot. No negative considerations to make here!

Great apartment, great condo, great location! Well organized, cozy. Condo has services, swimming pool, quadra, playground. The mall underneath complete with useful shops, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and even a free toy library for those traveling with children. Tatiana was flexible at check in, which helped me a lot because I arrived early! The apartment corresponded to the description, was clean, tidy and smelling. Correspondia to the description! Since the apartment had internal views, to the court and swimming pool, we hardly heard the metrô, which passes by. Anyway. I only have to thank you for the stay.

Excellent space, privileged location with good restaurants, shopping, varied commerce, subway and super structured building, in the apartment all beautiful and cozy, bed and sheets of great quality, had everything a house needs, Neide was super attentive and quick during communication. Excellent location, 24-hour market next door, very close to the metro, very cozy apartment and attentive hosts. I recommend it!

There are only two points to improve: 1. Internet which is unavailable at all times and manages to get worse at night. 2. if you give the bad luck of a non sense guest staying in the germinated house to yours, you will suffer from his noise until he has the urge to stop. It happened to me from 01:50 to 04:40 in the morning from a Monday to Tuesday. And no action has been taken. Taking that off, a nice place according to the photos. Worth the cost-benefit.

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

The home exactly matches the photos. The nature of the place is exuberant and provides an incredible experience of tranquility and peace. I spent two wonderful days with my family, enjoying every moment. Lorena was very helpful, attentive and gave us all the support we needed. I recommend the stay and would definitely come back!

The location of the house is amazing! We were touched by the sunrise and view of Lake Paranoá. We loved that the house has several well-decorated spaces, with entertainment options (pool table and games), all very comfortable. Great for family, children or friends. The kitchen is super equipped and modern, a variety of glasses, cutlery, plates... Everything is in good taste and quality. Rafael is an excellent host. Extremely friendly, attentive and concerned about welcoming us! Clean, safe, quiet house full of windows with green scenery. We rested very well! It was great 🙏🏽

The residence is very nice and cozy in a family atmosphere. The house was organized and the spaces are spacious. There is a very nice outdoor kitchen to enjoy and prepare meals. There is a sense of security on the premises. Pedro was very receptive and attentive.

Excellent apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with swimming pool, court, playground and a shopping mall just below that offered convenience options, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast food restaurants. Close to the subway and easy to get around the region. I recommend it!

We stayed 40 days in Marlon's apartment and felt at home during the period. The site is very functional and close to various facilities such as bakeries, markets, gyms, restaurants and subway station. I highly recommend this place.

I spent Christmas with my family and the apartment was wonderful! There were 5 of us and we were all very well accommodated. Very clean apartment, with a fruit basket and detailed instructions from Fabiana. I recommend it!

André has always been very helpful in serving us. The Condominium is super complete with leisure area and we were able to use the pool with the children on a day that was very hot. The apartment is very cozy, there are many items in the kitchen where you can have all the meals you want. The washer and dryer helped us a lot in the washing of our young children's clothes during the stay. Clean, organized, complete and gives quiet for a long stay! We'll definitely be back!
