Close to beaches and all the city's attractions. It has easy access to public transportation.

The entire property dates back to 1921 and is one of the typical turn-of-the-century houses in Viña del Mar. The guest house has all the necessary amenities and the permanent attention of the property owners. The area is very quiet and well connected to downtown Viña and Valparaíso.
