House vacation rentals in Valognes

We had a very nice family stay at Géraldine's place which is ideally located: we went to the beach on foot every day and we took full advantage of the access to the heated pool as well as the bar (yummy the waffles and ice cream), the children's playground and the educational farm at the nearby partner campsite. The sunny weather only enhanced the experience. The deckchairs and garden furniture on the terrace are a real plus! As well as the many toys available for children. They had a good time, we felt at home. Not to mention the large amount of dishes available in the accommodation. Friendly and very pleasant stay!

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Gorgeous! The photos don't do justice to how stunning the accommodations are. Everything is high quality and very thoughtfully put together. It's a picturesque, peaceful, relaxing environment, and perfectly spotless and well appointed. Didier and Delphine are delightful--so warm, friendly, and accommodating! We could not have asked for a better stay, and we hope to return. 100% recommended.

Very modern and spacious house with all amenities and in a quiet area right by the beach. The pool is heated and the equipment is new. Communication was smooth and very fast.

A lovely, well equipped house in a very quiet neighbourhood. A really well kept garden and a fabulous covered pool. A 10 minute walk to a Boulangerie and supermarket, and about a 15 minute walk into St Lo. Highly recommended.

We had a nice stay in Barneville! The accommodation is as described and as shown in the photos, and is very well located. Everything is well thought out to welcome guests, the game room and the pool are very appreciable (we enjoyed the pool with small children despite its depth). And above all, we thank Céline for her responsiveness and kindness!!

We had an amazing stay at Regine and Eric’s idyllic property, they could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The property is bursting with character and has all necessary facilities. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool was the icing on the cake. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Céline and Stéphane's house is as described. Due to the weather, we could not use the garden, pool and the available offer, bicycles, boules court, deck chairs, extensively. The pool was kindly already heated, you could swim relaxed. We were satisfied with the stay and the interaction with Céline, wishes (heating) were met immediately.

A perfect stay at Fanny's! The accommodation is even better than in the photos: clean, warm, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. Fanny was lovely, available and attentive throughout the stay, with lots of little touches that make a difference. We felt right at home. We had a pleasant weekend in this cozy and quiet cottage. We enjoyed the garden to eat outside in the shade of the trees. The sea a few km. We highly recommend this cottage ideally located for visiting the various sites of interest and museums.

The house is charming in a quiet hamlet in the heart of nature. Everything was perfect and nothing was missing. The decor is beautifully thought out and the bedding perfect. We had a great time at Olga's, who is very responsive to answering our questions.

I originally booked for two nights but decided to extend my stay by another two nights. Vincent was quick to reply to my request and the extra booking was made very promptly. The house was beautiful, very well equipped throughout and spacious but the garden was the 'star of the show' with views across the countryside. During my stay, Vincent had heard about a possible problem with power in the area. He emailed to check that we were fine and whether we had had a problem - which we had not. The Super-U supermarket and petrol station are conveniently located just a few minutes away and it was handy to have a generous off-road parking space (actually 2) just a few feet from the front door. There is just one word of caution - the stairs up to the first floor are quite steep and the top step is just a little narrower than the others. Not a problem as there is a handrail but just something to be aware of. Otherwise, thank you Vincent, for a lovely stay in your beautiful home.

The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!

We were delighted by this tastefully decorated cottage. It is ideally located, a stone's throw from the square and the church of Sainte Mère l'Eglise, we had a very pleasant stay.

The gite is in a beautiful remote setting. The house is spotlessly clean. It has been renovated and decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. It is possible to walk to Quettehou, the nearest town. There is a supermarket just outside Quettehou, just a five minute drive away. There are nice restaurants in Saint Vaast la Hougue and in Barfleur, a short drive away. Would recommend tor a quiet relaxed getaway.

Thanks Marion for hosting us in this beautiful green, flowery place, and brightened up by the dog, cats, chickens, it was a pleasure! I would like to point out, however, that the temperature of the shower is fluctuating, sometimes hot sometimes cold. In addition, the water that falls out of the bathtub (there is no shower curtain) runs directly onto the walls of the kitchen below, which is not very practical... For us, it was the first visit to Normandy and we felt absolutely comfortable from the first moment in Anne's house. Great and elaborately renovated, but also furnished with a lot of taste and feeling. There was nothing missing. The contact with the neighbors was also very warm and nice. The tranquility, the surroundings and the region did us a lot of good. The contact with Anne was straightforward and extremely friendly. Also, for all the information. We can only recommend this contact and will definitely come back.
