We had a wonderful weekend with friends! The chalet is large, well-appointed and clean. The rooms are cozy and the many bathrooms are a real plus. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. The different seating areas are warm and the terrace is friendly. Not to mention the stunning view and the spa... Especially since the communication with the members of Cozee Rentals was impeccable. We particularly appreciated their hospitality, responsiveness and flexibility regarding our check-in and checkout times. In short, we recommend this chalet 100% and we will be happy to return!

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

A lovely apartment on the ground floor of an old stone farm building, with modern fittings and all amenities. There is a ski room/storage area off the living room which isn’t mentioned in the description. A beautiful location with stunning views as you drive down towards Chamonix. Parking right outside and a bus stop within 50m.

We loved this beautiful chalet. The place looked the same as in the pictures. The furnishings were very high quality and complete and we felt very comfortable from the first moment. The cleanliness of the chalet was also spotless. The view from the garden to Mont Blanc was our daily highlight and our children enjoyed the private and spacious garden very much. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward and Florian was a very accommodating host. For us, the most beautiful Airbnb so far!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Anne’s! The place was a little slice of heaven, with the sound of water flowing down the little stream beside the backyard, and a cozy interior with a spacious kitchen to cook in. It was just what we were looking for- away from the buzz of Chamonix, but very accessible- a short walk down a lovely path and a train ride into town. Highly recommend the via Ferrata at the waterfall nearby (also walking distance). There are limited restaurant options nearby, so this place is a great option if you’re looking to do some of your own cooking, or want to eat in Chamonix before heading back to rest.
