You will particularly appreciate the atypical location of this house, isolated on the heights of Vallon Pont d'Arc with a very nice view of the Gorges and a few minutes from the famous Pont d'Arc.

10 minutes from the Chassezac Gorges (7 or 10 km canoe descent), come and find yourself in a place of peace and tranquility amidst cicadas and birds, away from all noise pollution, in a Natura 2000 zone and international starry sky reserve. Our former 3-star silk factory is located at the crossroads of the Cévennes and Ardèche regional parks, close to rivers and character villages. Vallon Pont d'Arc and its cave are 30 minutes away.

My house is calling you. She wants your well-being to go first. Frida Kahlo wants to stay with you. I was unable to refuse him 10 min walk to the river, ❤️ to hiking and mountain biking circuits. 5 min to Vallon Pont d 'Arc ‼️NO WIFI‼️

5 km from the Chauvet Cave. Quiet, old house with exposed stones 800 m from the village, 500 m from a classic food store and 500 m from an organic supermarket. Living room fireplace sofa Wifi Open kitchen Bathroom Toilet 2 Bedrooms upstairs, 1 double bed - 2 single beds. Outside, garden furniture - large plot, parking space for car or motorcycle safely Quick access to the Ardèche. Near a shuttle stop serving the Pont d'Arc.

Wooden house at the gates of the Cévennes

As a couple, with friends and family, come and relax between pine trees and scrubland. A wooden terrace with pergola, BBQ, summer kitchen, armchairs, table and chairs, surrounds the accommodation. On sunny days, enjoy the deckchairs and in summer, cool off in the hot tub (from June to September, never heated). If the temperatures are less mild, sit on the terrace around the fire pit under the polar blankets (October to May)

Gite du Moulin

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.
