Si trova a 12 Km da Aosta e all'imbocco della suggestiva vallata di Saint-Barthélemy, che offre numerose possibilità agli amanti della montagna, sia in estate, per l'abbondanza di itinerari e passeggiate, sia in inverno, con le sue piste di sci di fondo; la vallata ospita il santuario di Cunéy, dedicato alla Madonna delle Nevi. A circa 3 km, è visitabile il castello di Fénis.

L'alloggio è arredato in stile di montagna con alcuni mobili antichi della tradizione rurale valdostana. E'costituito da due ambienti, un'ampia e luminosa cucina e un'accogliente camera con bagno. Gli spazi hanno pareti rivestite in legno di larice di cui si può apprezzare il calore ed il profumo.

Studio apartment, with vertical retractable double bed, ideal for two people, located on the 1st floor, in a strategic position very close to the historic center, with the possibility of free parking nearby or paid parking in the internal courtyard. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, perfect both for visiting the city and for reaching the tourist destinations of the region. You can walk to the cable car to Pila in 10 minutes (1 km) as well as the train and bus station.

Our renovated studio is centrally located, 5-10 minutes' walk from Zermatt train station. Climbing the stairs to the house (90 steps) is always worth it, because the accommodation is characterized by a lot of brightness and a view of the village. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, the apartment is equipped with a bathtub, a cozy sitting area and a 1.80 m bed. Our flat is located within 10min walking distance from the city center/Sunnegga and 15min walking distance from the main train station called 'Zermatt' (of which 5min uphill). Alternatively, you can take a cab (2min) and then walk uphill (5min).
