Monthly Rentals in Valle Caterina

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Giuseppe's place. Had some difficulties initially finding the place but the host was very responsive and helped us find it. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed (especially lovely towels). You can see the beach from the balcony. Train station right next to the building so you can hear the trains but that did not bother us and it was helpful for catching the train. We especially loved that the Via Verde cycle path is basically at the end of the road - our children loved the easy and safe cycle to Vasto marina! All in all we had a great time and would happily come back.

we had a wonderful stay here. Maria is extremely kind and helpful. she responds immediately to any question and goes out of her way to be helpful in every way. the view is amazing. very close to the sea and a huge beach with a small part pebbles and small shells and the rest fine golden sand. great walking path just steps from the house. wonderful seaside towns to visit as well as great restaurants. we were very comfortable and felt welcomed and taken care of. highly recommend! we also visited mountain towns not far away in Bomba and some other adorable mountain villages. can not say enough!!!

Abruzzo is a fantastic land, landscapes, wonderful people and food. Graziella and Angelo were two extraordinary hosts, above average, very kind, very clear and very helpful. Simple and comfortable accommodation in a spectacular and very quiet location. Ample parking spaces, I went with the trailer in tow and managed to park the car, motorcycle and trailer indoors. I'll be happy to come back next year. Thank you so much for everything.
