Our house is located in a quiet and pleasant area, perfect for unwinding. Walks on marked paths are to be discovered in the area. We are 1 km from Chaudfontaine, 10 km from Liège, 13 km from Herve, 35 km from Spa, 35 km from Maastricht, 45 km from Aachen. The B&B is located next to the house, with a spacious parking lot and consists of a private entrance, a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and a vanity unit. In the large guest room, in addition to a double bed, there is a TV, a small kitchenette and a dining area. In the extra bedroom, there are two single beds. From the guest room, there is a private entrance to the enclosed garden with its own seating area.

À côté du CHU, Arrêt de la ligne du bus 2 ( pratiquement en face ) 5’ de l’Ulg, et juste en face du parc scientifique ( possibilité de s’y rendre à pied… ) À 10’ du centre de liège 🌳 magnifiques randonnées à découvrir, dans les bois, juste à l’arrière de la villa.. 🥾
