Great location, a minute walk from greenbelt mall which is for me the best place in Makati for restaurants and anything else you need. Host is the best i had worldwide in airbnb, always there when you need something, super friendly and nice.

Very clean and the host is very kind and responds quick. The pay is worth it because the room feels comfortable and aesthetically appealing. The window faces the golf course and overall the view is great. Apart from the nice host, the caretaker is also friendly. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Spent 6 nights. Made nearly all our meals there since fresh produce and other groceries are minutes away. Place 'feels' larger than it is; very comfy. Khallel is such good communicator! Great lil home away from home.

Beautiful place, instructions from the host were clear. Had a hiccup with the wifi but the host provided an alternative solution.

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

William’s unit was ideal for my stay—clean, well-organized, and perfectly sized. He was incredibly helpful, taking the time to meet me, give me a tour, and remain highly responsive throughout my visit. The free parking is a fantastic bonus, as it’s not common with other rentals.
