Vacation rentals in Vale do Paraíso

Space was fantastic and one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever had. We were sorry we weren't staying longer. Great location in terms of proximity to all shopping, train station, busses and airport. Huge grocery store in the underground connection between train station and mall. Apartment layout was exceptional with hall/doors separating bedrooms from living space. Would be good for families or two couples.

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

We loved our stay at Gonçalo's place. Beautiful, tranquil and chic, the space was the perfect hideaway for our vacation in Comporta. Close to all the beaches, restaurants and everything the area has to offer. The large, lofty and airy space is tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork, lovely furniture and small touches. The large eating and many sitting areas inside and out offered lots of options to lounge, relax, read a book or nap. Notably, Gonçalo is a cool and interesting guy. He gave us insider recommendations for hidden beaches we would have never discovered on our own. A special treat was Gonçalo's assistant Inês who made our stay incredible. She welcomed us warmly, took care of small requests, offered advice on local restaurants, and even hand picked fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Thank you Inês for making us feel at home! Highly recommend staying here if your looking for a chic and designer space in Comporta.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nazare, with the warm welcoming from Maria. She was always responsive and even though it took us longer to find the right place, she welcomed us with a smile and small gifts (snacks from the region). We would highly recommend staying at her apartment! Lovely place, lovely host 😊

If you want to discover the area around Nazare and Peniche, this is the place to be on the Atlantic. Foz do Arelho is a few minutes away and we loved it. The Távola Lagoa restaurant is top notch. Best cuisine for seafood and very warm welcome. Unfortunately, the way to Lisbon is a bit far as we also had great bad luck with the weather. As a result, the smell due to the septic tank was quite strong and the pool was not very inviting, as it was also quite heavily stained. Since the weather didn't allow it to be used anyway, it wasn't tragic for us. Otherwise, the house is also easy to use for six people due to the many bathrooms.

A beautiful peaceful stay, perfect for getting out of the city and relaxing! The scenery and birdsong is lovely. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the hosts were so friendly and helpful - thank you so much! We would recommend to anyone who fancies a retreat! A toaster in the kitchen would be helpful but otherwise nothing else to suggest.

The property was perfect for our group visiting Cascais for the Ibercup. The host was fantastic and on hand to welcome us into the property. The host recommended the best local restaurants and the property literally had everything we needed and immediately felt like home. The only slight negative if anything was the local night noise at the weekend but with a central location it is expected. I would most definitely consider again when visiting the area and recommend to friends.
