L’ambiente offre un perfetto connubio tra lo stile rustico, con i suoi dettagli autentici e accoglienti, e un tocco di raffinata eleganza che rende ogni spazio estremamente piacevole da vivere. Uno dei punti forti è senza dubbio il camino, che crea un’atmosfera intima e rilassante, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata lavorativa (l'ho utilizzato durante il periodo invernale). Inoltre, la casa è dotata di ogni utensile immaginabile, perfettamente organizzato, per soddisfare ogni necessità: dalla cucina agli accessori per la pulizia, non manca davvero nulla. Anche la doccia, poi, merita una menzione speciale: spaziosa e con un multi-getto rigenerante. Concludo includendo anche un parcheggio e super mercato a pochi passi.

L’appartamento è molto accogliente pulito e di nuova costruzione. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi l’area pedonale e l’accesso al mare. Linda una padrona di casa impeccabile sempre disponibile, indicazioni per raggiungere l’appartamento e accedervi minuziose e dettagliate. Raccomando la soluzione proposta.

Alloggio confortevole caldo e molto pulito. Biancheria a disposizione. Ilenia host premuroso e discreto. La mattina della nostra partenza nevicava e il suo papà è addirittura uscito a spalare il vialetto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Super lieve vrouw met top ontvangst. Heel betrokken bij haar gasten. Echt wat je nog ouderwets zoekt bij een b&b. Lekkere mand fruit in de keuken staat klaar. Goede tips voor restaurants in de omgeving voor ontbijt en diner. Appartement heerlijk ruim. Dan je wel Stefania en vriendin ( die zo lief was om alle vertalingen te doen😁)

Wat een geweldig verblijf! Heerlijke jacuzzi met prachtig uitzicht. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding klopt helemaal. We hopen hier zeker nog ns terug te komen!!

BnB tenuto e gestito benissimo con l'host Erika ch'è super gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ed esigenza.... (anche se abbiamo fatto il check-in fuori orario, era pure tardissimo, Lei era comunque lì ad aspettarci per darci il Tour della casa e come navigare in generale ).... se avete intenzione di passare una vacanza da quelle parti il BnB di Mario e Olga è il migliore sia per il paesaggio che per la casa stessa.... 5 stelle consigliatissimo.

Das Chalet befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und malerischen Gegend. Die Gastgeberin Rosanna war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Der große Garten hat unseren Hunden sehr gefallen. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen – vielen Dank, Rosanna, wir empfehlen es sehr weiter.

Carmen è stata super gentile, ci ha accolto come fossimo di famiglia, ci ha perfino regalato le uova delle sue galline e fatto trovare il necessario per la colazione. La casa è molto grande con una stube che scalda molto bene ed è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, grazie Carmen!

Bell'appartamento moderno in zona centrale di Padova. Spazi puliti e ben organizzati, con la cucina che si apre su piccolo giardino interno. Area tranquilla e silenziosa. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono i principali punti di d'interesse della città. Parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze, spostandosi un poco si possono trovare anche strisce bianche dove parcheggiare gratuitamente. Alberto ha sempre risposto in modo tempestivo alle domande, e si è dimostrato cortese e disponibile.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

Host offered instructions for what’s app connection from airport via water taxi & Giacomo received us & took us to place from just around San Marco piazza - beautiful house & great shared balcony to watch gondola go by

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

The owner and staff of this apartment really care about your stay and comfort. Venice navigating is hard…but everyone including every local we encountered tried to be helpful. Visitors are out of their comfort zones. Venetians have been hosts for over 500 years. It shows. Thank you.

This really is a beautiful place to stay. Claudia and her family are the most perfect hosts. The apartment will not disappoint you, you have everything you need exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable bed, AC for warmer days, great kitchen and shower room. It is a jewel and with the added bonus of the private well maintained garden. We highly recommend a stay here if you want the perfect Venice experience. THANK YOU Claudia

The location is perfect close to San Marcos square. I solely booked for the rooftop terrace and location. It’s a unique space on the top floor of the building. The space has basically 3 levels. Great use of space with charm. It’s exactly as described and my family had a very pleasant stay. The host was very proactive, responsive, and also sent several tips and recommendations.

It was amazing aparment and actually communication with Danielle also. Everything he shared in advance, he was fast responsive and helped when we needed. The apartment is on nice location, and I would say that is much bigger than it looks on photos. Everything was prepared for our arrival and it was super clean. Ein wunderbares Apartment in einer perfekten Lage. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants,Supermarkt und Bars aber trotzdem sehr sehr ruhig. Frühstückskaffee (Goppion) direkt vor der Tür und zu empfehlen. Nach dem Tag in Vendig oder auf den wunderschönen Insel kamen wir mit Freude in das Apartment und konnten sofort abschalten. Die Dachterrassen sind einfach unglaublich und haben den ganzen Tag Sonne. Wir haben diese gerne zum entspannen genutzt um den Tag zu beenden oder eine Pause vor dem Abendessen zu machen. Es ist alles blitzsauber und gemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Elena ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sehr zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!

Questo alloggio a Jesolo ci ha sorpresi molto, non sembrava nemmeno di essere a Jesolo. Casa ben situata in una zona molto tranquilla e con tanto verde intorno è situata in una bella zona soprattutto. Vicini super simpatici, che dire è uno di quei posti in cui vorresti subito tornare per non parlare del design della casa e la pulizia e l’immenso spazio che c’è. Se volete passare una piccola vacanza a Jesolo o un weekend in tranquillità vi consiglio questo alloggio.
