The sunset in the evening from the terrace is beautiful. It has no heating. From 10/01 to 10/04/21 there are ordinances that limit traffic and roads closed due to sporting events.

The accommodation is located in a beautiful structure, very quiet and with a wonderful view. The rooms are spacious and well maintained, the bathroom has been completely renovated, the outdoor patio with the barbecue is undoubtedly an added value!

This is a really magical place. The view, the atmosphere etc. everything very special. I haven’t slept so well in a long while, such a calming and restoring energy. Amazing also for kids to play safely in the castle. We will come back for sure! Thank you for the great stay.

This is a great place to stay. Very private and easy access to the beach. Covered car park. The house is small but the terrace and the garden are wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped. The house was clean and ready for us as soon as we arrived with the ferry. The communication went very well. Norsi Beach is a nice beach and the swimming is great. There is another house on the same property for rent with another company and during our stay there was some noise from the other house during the nights.

For those who need peace and absolute relaxation, we highly recommend it. Valeria was really valuable in everything, from directions on how to get there, to great tips on beaches and restaurants. A person of great kindness and sweetness. It's not easy to find a lovely place with such a nice and always available hostess. We spent a few days there, but they were really wonderful for our family. A vacation to be repeated absolutely. The environment was really welcoming, nothing was missing.

We stayed at Mirjam's beautiful house for two and a half weeks in May. Thanks to the good communication, the exact directions and the photos, it was very easy to find. The 800m unpaved road up the hill may take some getting used to, depending on the type of car, but it is easy to manage (except perhaps with low-lying sports cars). And then you're upstairs and see the sea, which is closer than it seems in the photos - wow! The house itself is spacious and very well equipped with all kinds of appliances including vacuum cleaners, as well as cooking and eating utensils and a marble countertop in the kitchen. The terrace with table, armchairs, large parasol, loungers and hammock leaves nothing to be desired. The distances on Elba are not far, nearby you will find supermarkets, fruit and vegetable stalls, a fish shop and actually everything else you need. Mirjam always responded to our questions very quickly and kindly. We felt very comfortable!
