We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. Close to the sea and cosy for a family of four, very well equipped and really useful to have private parking.

It's an apartment that is the host's home, she rents the whole apartment and isn't there. There are two flights of stairs to the entry. There is plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the room can get very dark with mechanical shutters that block out all the light. You can hear neighbors at times, but it was very quiet at night. There is a lovely bath tub to soak in. The host meets you for check in and check out. There was a lot of local information. It's a great base to explore the Normady region.

Very well located accommodation (everything is within walking distance, even the memorial just a 30-minute walk away), very well appointed and equipped. Very accommodating host to allow a check-in according to our desire. Please note bath towels included in the rental, which I had not seen when booking. I recommend it without hesitating!!

Exceptional experience. Warm welcome. A host and tour guide who is attentive, caring and knows how to make themselves available. If you are passionate about history like Florentin, the discussions and moments shared are even more enjoyable. The cottage is comfortable, clean and has all amenities. It is generally close to major historical sites by car. The environment is peaceful. I would highly recommend it. We look forward to returning to these places full of history with caring hosts. Lovely place for a family holiday or a stay with friends. A nice kitchen, great dining room and cosy living room. Grand playroom for the kids and horses to feed in the fields. A great experience!

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

It is located next to the beaches of Courseulles-sur-Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to reach all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! For people, who would be hesitant. I'm confirming this place is peaceful! It is a haven of peace, with this beautiful terrace that offers views of the sea, and which is perfectly furnished. Super accommodation located in the heart of Cabourg on a street offering many restaurants/bakeries and specialties. The studio is super beautiful, renovated, modern and very clean, super nice. I would highly recommend it, the hospitality was warm and efficient.
