Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. Staying at Francois’ cottage was peaceful and quiet. The cottage is just as it appears in the photos— it’s spacious, clean and functional and serene. The property is beautiful. Although you have another cottage set on the other side, it doesn’t detract from your sense of privacy. It feels like you’re a thousand miles apart. I wouldn’t advise this cottage, however, for anyone who is handicapped, very elderly, or who has toddlers because of the stairs. Other than that, you will be very pleased with your time there.

Dominique is a very friendly and responsive host who took the time to meet us and introduce us to the apartment. The apartment is better than the photos, well appointed with quality white goods, fittings and kitchen accessories. It's very clean, comfortable with a lovely outside space and very close to all amenities within a secure and quiet building. Free parking outside was a bonus. I highly recommend his apartment, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had a great time in a very nice environment, very quiet, a small peaceful oasis with a very large garden, trampoline swing and horses that made my daughters happy😊. It is a beautiful cottage, a lot of charm, very well decorated with everything you need in terms of equipment, whether for cooking, towels, children's games etc… the bedding is excellent Honfleur is only ten minutes by car. Brief, superb stay. We recommend it 100%. We hope to be able to return one 😊day. A big thank you to Beatrice for her kindness and hospitality as well as for the small welcome gift.
