L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. The house is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, has been recently renovated and can accommodate a maximum of two people. It consists of a double bedroom, a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting area and a bathroom. It is equipped with all the comforts and is located 1 minute from the main square but in a quiet area. In 5 minutes on foot you can get to the beaches of Le Ghiaie and Le Viste, in 10/15 Padulella and Capobianco. Parking is not available, it is particularly convenient for those on foot. Balcony on the Bay

A cosy apartment overlooking the sea and the landscapes of Porto Azzurro bay. There is a large balcony with a sun awning giving shade in the warmest seasons. A peaceful area in the countryside with good local facilities. It's great out of season too for walking or cycling. Its a sunny apartment but very cool inside. In the winter months there is heating. The apartment is on the ground floor but has a few steps to reach the apartment from the car park. There is also free parking facilities.

Starete immersi nella natura, ma a poca distanza dalle spiagge di sabbia di Lacona, Norsi e Capoliveri. A 10 minuti, verso Portoferraio, trovate le spiagge di sassi bianchi di Padulella, Capobianco e le Ghiaie. Nel giardino c'è una Jacuzzi 6 posti disponibile FREE da aprile a ottobre. The house is located in the historic center of Portoferraio, in the upper part of the city, inside the Medici walls, built by Cosimo de' Medici in 1548, Grand Duke of Florence, descendant of Lorenzo de' Medici. Here the true Elban spirit still survives today. The house is a 40 sqm two-room apartment, with two small bedrooms, a living room, kitchenette and bathroom. It has all the amenities, such as air conditioning, a washing machine, dishes, and a water storage tank if needed.
