The modern kitchen and the open living area invite you to linger. You can best enjoy the beautiful weather outside under the gazebo or with a barbecue. The playground is located vis-à-vis. Since we live with our 4 children and dogs on the upper floor, there is always someone there if you need something.

Very nice and cosy house with a beautiful and spacious garden. The kitchen equipment is a bit meager but sufficient for simple dishes. Otherwise, everything was available and clean. Danilo responded very quickly to questions and problems and we found a solution.

A modern bathroom countertop features multiple sleek faucets set above smooth circular sinks. The polished surface reflects the elegant design. At the center, a decorative arrangement of twigs and flowers adds a touch of color to the space.

Perfect place for stay if you are travelling with low budget. I stayed there one night on my way to Italy. Good location, easy accessible and check in was without any issues ☺️

We were able to fully enjoy our vacation in the beautiful apartment. The stylish apartment with the panelled ceilings and the sunny balcony decorated with geraniums is conveniently furnished - we lacked nothing. The hosts were very kind and even invited us to a fine aperitif in the garden. Le Prese is well-served by public transport (train, bus). It has a village shop with fresh baked goods and regional products. We were able to take many beautiful hikes and, thanks to the call buses, also explore the side valleys with the fantastically beautiful mountain lakes. In Val Poschiavo there are many mountain restaurants with excellent cuisine (Selva, San Romerio, Cavaglia) and also the Museeun in Poschiavo are very worthwhile.

A compact bathroom space features a white sink with a chrome faucet, mounted on a light-colored cabinet. Above the sink, a wall shelf holds decorative items. Two glass holders for toiletries are positioned beside the sink, and patterned tiles add a subtle decorative touch.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while travelling around the lakes for our honeymoon. The check in was simple, and upon arrival we were blown away by the view. Wow! We arrived on a glorious day and couldn’t wait to get into the lake and lie in the sun. Inside, the house was just as described and equally as beautiful. We were greeted by a fresh arrangements of flowers and a wonderfully stocked fridge which was again perfect after a long day travelling. We walked into the town on a couple of occasions and drove to Lecco on another. All easy and straight forward. We didn’t use the sauna, but it looked clean and easy to use. On our second morning we were treated to fresh croissants left by our car, which were delicious. Especially as lots of places were closed for the bank holiday Monday (republic day). Cinzia’s place was absolutely stunning and did not disappoint us.
