Vacation rentals with a patio in Val-d'Oise

Erg fijn verblijf gehad voor 4 nachten. Binnen 45 minuten bij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van Parijs met de metro. We hadden een klein probleem bij aankomst, maar dit is uiteindelijk snel en goed opgelost door Amira.

Our stay went well. The apartment is ideal for a whole family. My children and I were comfortable. The apartment was clean at our arrival, well-equipped with cleaning products, toiletries, and shower supplies. There were even seasonings for cooking, so no need to worry for that during shopping. The mattresses and cushions are of superior quality; it's so pleasant to sleep on them! The balcony is huge and so beautiful! I had visitors, and we were so comfortable with all the chairs and tables provided. Fadel responds quickly when we need help, so we don't feel lost. It was truly great. A quiet neighborhood, there's everything we need: a park, pharmacy, tram, supermarket. A suburb near Paris, it's ideal for getting around. We'll definitely come back because the apartment itself sends a message of welcome and relaxation. It was amazing, This is really what we needed. Thank you.

lovely place lots of toys for the toddlers and Marie-Anne went above and beyond to cater for our toddlers needs which made the trip a lot less stressful! Thankyou can’t recommend enough

- We came for Paris marathon, which was an excellent organization. - We arrived to CDG airport. There is an airport bus non-stop to Opera. From there, you walk 15 minutes to next Metro station, Saint-Lazare and it is M13, direction is Asnieres Gennevilliers. There are 8 stations and when you get out, it takes 5 minutes to go to the appartment. - The building is in a secured compound. - The appartement is very new and fully furnitured. - It has a big balcony. - The bad room is seperated and has its bath room. ( The toilet is just at the entrance) - The TV has all channels including Netflix and Amazon. Wi-Fi is fast. - All utilities (wash machine, dish machine, microwave and refrigirator) are new, clean and working. - What important is, that there is Franprix next to the compound, where you get fresh baked croissants and french breads. There is also a machine for fresh orange juice. A great breakfast is inevitable 😀 - So, everything was great. - Thank you Clarisse. We will come back.

Logement exceptionnellement propre, neuf, reposant .... Tout y est pour passer un excellent sejour avec des propriétaires tres sympa, accueillant et a l'ecoute. Cest clair on y retournera

Parfait. Idéal pour un week end familial. Maison spacieuse et bien agencée. Jardin appréciable.

Maison très fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Nous avions loué les 3 maisons communicantes pour notre groupe de jeunes sportifs. La grande cuisine et l’espace salle à manger très pratique pour les repas collectifs. Les chambres dans les différentes maisons sont bien agencés même si certaines sont plus basses sous plafond. Le home cinéma avec l’écran géant est un réel atout ainsi que le café à disposition. Même si nous n’avons pas pu profiter de l’espace extérieur (mois de mars), l’espace piscine et pétanque donnait envie ! David a toujours été très réactif et les consignes avec système à code pratique.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Grâce à Milka et ses enfants adorables comme elle bien sûr, nous avons pû passer un agréable séjour dans un endroit chaleureux où il fait bon vivre : un havre de paix tout simplement. Encore merci à eux pour tout et, longue vie à eux pour que leur activité perdure... Je recommande à 95598 % et les soise'ens me comprendrons☺️👍❤️

Très calme, très propre et bien chauffé. On a apprécié que la chambre principale est une aussi grande salle de bain en suite. La cuisine est très bien équipée. C’est un endroit idéal pour dormir. Il y a une excellente boulangerie a quelques minutes a pied mais je vous recommande celle qui se trouve à Jouy Le Moutier « Chez Damiro » à coté du Carrefour Market des Merisiers.

Comfortable, well-kept home in walking distance to the expo center where we were attending events. The local recommendations were excellent, and overall we were very happy with our stay. Valeria met us when we arrived so that she could give us the keys and welcome us. She was flexible with our schedule.

Nice studio equipped with all the basics. Stayed there for a week and everything was fine.

El departamento coincidía con las fotos, la vista desde todas las habitaciones es increíble. Lastima que hacía frío y no pudimos usar la terraza pero tenía buena pinta. Las camas súper cómodas, después de un día turisteando por paris se agradece mucho. La ubicación es muy buena, es una zona tranquila con departamentos amplios, la estación más cercana está a escasos 8 minutos caminando y te conecta con el centro. Las instrucciones fueron muy claras. Volvería sin duda!

We had a wonderful stay at Eric’s apartment. Everything from communication from Eric, proximity to Stade de France, metro and great value restaurants locally. We wouldn’t hesitate to return next time we are in Paris. The apartment was beautiful and the outside terrace perfect. Thank you Eric.
