The apartment is 200m to the shops + restaurants, and 350m to the pistes, with views over the lake and the mountains. From Val Claret you can access Val d'Isere, the glacier and Tignes Le Lac. Not overlooked, with a 40 m2 terrace, you will appreciate the tranquility of the place and the spectacular view of the Mont Blanc range, the Aiguille du Midi and the Chamonix Valley. We have tastefully furnished the bottom of the chalet and provided all the comforts necessary for you to have a pleasant stay in summer or winter.

Residence located 50 m from the departure of the slopes and the bus stop which serves the entire station for free 24 hours.

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The chalet is located next to our main house while being totally independent.
