Excellent séjour dans la maison de Anne et Nicolas, environnement exceptionnel pour les enfants, centre équestre et ferme pédagogique au pied de la maison. Anne et Nicolas sont des hôtes très charmants et très accueillants, communication fluide. Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans la grande maison de Manuella à Bernay. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et parfaitement propre. Le cadre est calme et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Les chambres sont confortables, et les espaces communs agréables, notamment le salon et la cuisine bien aménagée. Manuella est une hôte attentionnée et réactive, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et reviendrons avec plaisir !

We’ve stayed in Matthieu’s place for almost a month. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need. For the two of us and a dog it was a perfect size. Even bigger than it looks on photos. The place was clean and the sheets and towels can be changed regularly for clean ones. There is also shared washing machine in the building. It is possible to work remotely as the internet was quite fast. The large garden has lots of seating and even grill. The area was very nice, you can go kayaking on the nearby river or just walk or use rail bicycle on the old railway just behind the house. There is a airbnb for the groups in the neighbouring building but we didn’t find it disruptive and couldn’t really hear any noise inside. In general we were quite happy and can recommend.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

We stayed in the house for a work in the area. The house has very good conditions. Communication was great. Everything worked well. We recommend.

Nous avons passe un agréable séjour dans le cottage ! Nous avons dû nous chauffer au feu de cheminée mais tout était disponible et les explications claires pour pouvoir le faire. La cuisine est dotée de tous les condiments et appareils nécessaires (sauf le four qui ne fonctionne pas) pour faire la cuisine. La salle de bain est propre et fonctionnel ! La chambre est tout aussi propre avec une bonne literie. Les environs sont très beau à voir, une immersion dans la campagne et dans la pépinière des propriétaires. Nous avons pu utiliser le barbecue avec les outils et charbon à disposition. Le cadre est vraiment beau et permet de décompresser. Nous avons eu une intimité meme si il y a des agriculteurs qui peuvent venir pour les champs aux alentours. Enfin, la vue du lac est très jolie et reposant et nos hôtes très accueillants et qui discutent volontiers du domaine, des environs et des endroits à visiter !
