Vacation rentals with lake access in Val-Cenis

Splendida casa alle porte di Chambery. Vicinissima all’uscita dell’autostrada ma in una zona molto verde e tranquilla. Bellissimi spazi esteri e jacuzzi già calda al nostro arrivo. Tantissimi accessori per la cucina e giochi per l’intrattenimento. Host molto proattivo, reattivo e cordiale. Insomma, tutto perfetto :)

Maison confortable, idéale en groupe ou famille. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain, le cuisine est très fonctionnelle, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Environnement bucolique et paisible, grand jardin. Communication facile avec les propriétaires qui sont bien arrangeant. Nous avons passé un super week-end, merci !

Maison très agréable pour notre séjour en famille avec la possibilité d'avoir un espace pour chaque groupe. Pièce de vie spacieuse et confortable pour notre groupe (10 pers). Le Logement est très bien situé à proximité du lac et de la piste cyclable. Marina est réactive et s'est adapté à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Le gîte est très agréable. Très bien équipé et propre. En prime une belle vue sur le lac. La route en contre bas ne nous a pas dérangée. Une belle terrasse et jardin au RDC de la maison est un plus. Laetitia est très aimable, arrangeante et réactive. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Une vue magnifique , un logement moderne et très propre. nous avons été très bien accueillis et guidés sur des adresses et activités autour du lac. nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

La casa è molto accogliente, arredata bene e confortevole. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo di capodanno e c'erano gli addobbi natalizi che rendevano tutto ancora più caldo. La taverna con il camino è un vero gioiellino. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Unica nota ci sono molte scale, 4, e tutte abbastanza impegnative quindi attenzione se avete bambini piccoli o persone anziane. Il lago è davvero vicinissimo, c'è una panetteria e un piccolo market a pochi metri dalla casa oltre a qualche ristorante; a pochi minuti d'auto ci sono molti paesi belli e Annecy.

Lieu très reposant face au lac du Bourget. Très belle région. Joëlle est très intentionnée.

A really nice place with a wonderful view over the lake and mountains. We enjoyed the lake for swimming and water activities. Walking distance til supermarked. A lot of activity on the cycling/walk pathway just outside the house.

We stayed with my wife and baby and we had a fantastic time. The views and location are stunning and it's very easy to walk around the harbour and into town. There are restaurants nearby and it was helpful to have a parking space also if you wanted to travel further afield. Maxime and his wife are lovely hosts, very friendly and kind. Our baby was sick on our first night and they very kindly washed her bedding for her straight away. We would really recommend this apartment as it was super clean and tidy, with everything you need and in a quiet and beautiful location.

A wonderful place to stay with the most beautiful surroundings. We came without a car and the bikes were an absolute bonus and allowed us to make the most of the lake. The cycle path is so accessible and easy to use. Emmanuelle was also very communicative and helpful in sending us a bus timetable to ensure we could get around. There is a shop and a fantastic bar just a few minutes cycle away, and a bus stop directly outside. The apartment was spotless and well appointed, although I'd recommend bringing extra beach towels if you don't want to miss a second in the lake, which for us was warm even on rainy days! Mobile data was almost never an issue, despite the remote and peaceful location. The private beach was wonderful - plenty of grass and chairs - the few neighbours we met were very friendly and most of the time we had the space entirely to ourselves. It really is a little haven with the most gorgeous views!

We had a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic - easy to find and access from the main road, but only a very short walk into the village. The parking was easy. The apartment was lovely and modern, with a spacious balcony with fantastic views.

L’accueil a été chaleureux et l’appartement en Rez de chaussées est parfait, confortable et bien équipé. Salle de bain moderne, literie confortable et logement silencieux à 25 mn à pieds des bords du lac. Commerces à proximité. Impeccable ! Seul bémol, une wifi très capricieuse ! 🥴.

Nous avons passé un très bon we en famille dans le logement de Pauline. Merci à Pauline pour les modalités d'arrivée très claires. Le logement est très bien placé et les photos sont conformes à l'hébergement. Mes petits enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les jeux mis à disposition.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme, et qu'elle vue sur les montagnes!!! Arrivée flexible grâce au cleffier, parking privé. Je recommande à 100% l'appartement. Nous reviendrons!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Fred et Noemie. Appartement très bien décoré et très bien équipé, idéalement situé à deux pas du Lac. Je conseille vivement !

Wir haben die Woche in dem gemütlichen Häuschen sehr genossen. Der See mit schönen Badestellen ist schnell erreichbar. Michelle war jederzeit ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für uns. Vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

joli petit logement très bien agencé. des serviettes de toilette étaient à disposition. tout était très propre. A 5 adultes le seul petit bémol était le fait qu'il n'y a qu'un seul toilette dans la salle de bains.

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein älteres Bauernhaus mit Charme und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, Wenn wir einen Punkt hervorheben müssten, der uns besonders gefallen hat, wäre es der sehr schöne und weitläufige Garten, von dem man einen tollen Blick auf den See hat. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dort auf der Terrasse ein schattiges Plätzchen finden zu können und uns ab und zu im nah gelegenen See abzukühlen. Mathieu war ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen war er stets erreichbar; um ein kleineres Problem mit dem Kühlschrank hat er sich sofort gekümmert und es beheben lassen. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über den netten Willkommensgruss. Auch die Rückgabe war völlig unkompliziert. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, denn auch die Gegend ist toll, mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu sportl. Aktivitäten. Die Unterkunft von Mathieu würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Hôte d'exception dans un lieu d'exception, la maison de Gérard est spacieuse, bien agencée et décorée avec soin. L'environnement est exceptionnel, cette partie du lac est vraiment magnifique. Rien à redire,c'est à refaire et je conseille !

Wir hatten einen unbeschreiblich schönen Urlaub in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Unterkunft in wundervoller Lage, die kaum zu übertreffen ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen mit Laurette.

La maison se situe dans un très bel environnement préservé et au calme, en même temps que proche de Chambéry / Challes les Eaux. Nous avons apprécié le jardin, l'espace intérieur et extérieur, sans voisins immédiats ni vis à vis, et l'authenticité de cette vieille batisse avec tout le confort nécessaire pour quelques jours de vacances. Les instructions données par Gaétan ont été claires, avec des indications sur les activités, marchés et commerces alentours.

habitation très accueillante, très bien tenue, très bonne literie, tout est bien pensé rien n'est laissé au hasard. intérieur et extérieur au top. nous avons passez un week- end avec les enfants et petits enfants (9) pour arroser ma retraite. petits et grands ont été ravis. je recommande cette maison pour son calme et son emplacement au bord de l'eau. merci

Lovely chalet close (5 min walk) to the ski lifts and a couple of minutes walk from supermarket and restaurants. Had everything we needed and more (internet included and parking immediately outside were extra bonuses we were not expecting). Fabienne and Lea both very helpful and responded very quickly to any message. Warm and comfortable - thank you for a great holiday!
