Historic house from 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated again in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural nucleus surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 meters from the river. Our small, authentic Rustico is located between the villages of Contra and Mergoscia (about 30-40 minutes away by foot) in the hamlet of Fressino. It is suitable for 2 people (plus max. 2 toddlers) and is ideal for nature lovers and hikers. Some hiking trails start right at your doorstep.
