Cozy little mountain hut with stunning nature

Welcome to my little cozy mountain cabin. Here you can find tranquility in quiet and beautiful surroundings just a small hour away from Bergen city center. The cabin is located right by Storavatnet, a beautiful mountain lake with lots of mountain trout. If fishing is not for you, you can always swim, either in the water or in the natural pools right by the cabin. In winter it is nice to go cross-country skiing here, with nice hikes up to Gleinnefjell, and Stordalen Skisenter/Fjellstove is only 30 minutes away about slalom and good food temps!

The apartment is located by Osterfjorden. There is a dock on the property. Lush nature on all sides. Bathing right beside the sea. Good hiking opportunities in forests and mountains in the immediate area. It is 1.5 hours by car to Bergen - 1 hour to Voss and Stølsheimen hiking area. Or just relax on the patio. Chairs, tables, pillows are provided. Good with sun. Small boat engine (outboard) can be rented for fishing / hiking on the fjord. To Voss it takes 1 hour to drive. The place offers great nature and nice hiking trails in forests and mountains. By the sea you can fish or swim. Fishing licenses must be purchased when fishing in rivers or water. A kayak is at your disposal. Boat rental in the area. Linen and towels are included. Wi-Fi & Chromecast. Not TV channels.

Relax at this traditional, unique Cabin with IR-Sauna, a wood-fired hot tub, and closeness to the sea, forest, and mountains. In the nearby area, you'll find loads of hikes in forests, mountains and along the fjord. The Cabin is excellent for families or couples wanting a relaxing "spa weekend" with a hot tub, a dip in the nearby "Kulp," and some heat in the IR Sauna followed by a facemask and a footbath. The Cabin is our favorite place in the world, so please take good care of it.

Mellom skogen og fjorden finner du hytten "Stokkely" i Stokkevika rett før Modalen. Her kan man fiske, bade, grille eller rett og slett bare slappe av. Tomten er på 6 mål med parkering rett ovenfor. Merk at det inntil den nye veien ned til hytten er klar er masse trapper gjennom skogen. Det er totalt 80 trappetrinn. Vannet i hytten kommer fra en nærliggende elv og bør kokes.
