It includes a kitchenette with a TV area, a bedroom with a shower, a sleeping area upstairs (access by a fitted ladder) and a large outdoor space to relax. (deck chair and garden furniture) Set apart, it offers tranquility, privacy, and no neighbors, making it ideal for unwinding.

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.
