We had a great time At Arnaud’s place. He was very helpful from the first moment, very flexible in letting us arrive to leave our luggage earlier in the day. Apartment was luminous, quiet, comfortable. Lovely kitchen with good utensils and some lovely cookbooks. Very well located near lots of good restaurants, right next to the Bastille market, near Le Marais, and many metro lines that made it easy to get everywhere. It is a fifth floor walk up but we did not find this problematic. We had a lovely time discovering this part of Paris we hadn’t been to before. It was Easter, and Arnaud kindly stopped by and left us a chocolate bunny we much enjoyed. Thanks Arnaud!

A lovely apartment in perfect surroundings. Close to cafes and restaurants, as well as public transportation. It's good that the windows are so soundproof, as there is noise from people on the street, but that's part of staying in the city center. Lots of life and good vibes. Worth a visit.

Really lovey stay here in Paris! It’s a bit further out but very easy to get into the centre and the Bois de Vincennes nearby are lovely to walk around. The appartment was very clean and much bigger than we expected! Instructions were very clear on how to get in and the host was very responsive! The only thing was the parking in the building was a bit confusing so we just parked on a nearby street which seemed to be fine! Otherwise would definitely recommend - thank you so much!

Our stay could not have been more perfect! Location, the apartment & amenities itself, cleanliness, communication with the hosts - all perfect! Even hand a heated towel rack in the bathroom which was amazing after a shower on the colder mornings. So many nice restaurants and boulemgeries on our doorstep. Will 100% stay here again next time we are back in Paris ♥️

We already fell in love with Bruno's apartment when we saw the listing: a great apartment, super nice mix of styles between modern and collector's items, equivalent bedrooms, comfortable beds, bright and airy: just to our taste. Bruno welcomed us personally and the communication was great! The neighborhood is quiet and charming, the metro and bus connections are great. We highly recommend Bruno's apartment and would be happy to come back :)

We stayed at Sandra's house for two days, the house is impressive, it had everything, large beds and very comfortable mattresses, there were large washers and dryers, they had towels, coffee machines, it was better than a hotel !!! Without a doubt, Sandra was very kind from the beginning and communication with her was excellent, she was always aware of our arrival, which was quite late!! We were a group of 13 people and it was honestly a wonderful experience!! If I go back to Paris or Disney, I would definitely love to stay at Sandra's house again. I recommend it to the maximum!

Although we were unable to meet Emilie in person, she was always attentive and available for any questions or situations. The house is very cozy, spacious and tastefully decorated, taking care of every detail to make you feel at home, I think it is nicer in person than in the photos. It also has a laundry room and access to a private park, making it even more comfortable for extended stays. The surroundings are very quiet and perfect for resting, without being far from the center of Paris. A few meters away there is a bus stop that takes you directly to the train station, which makes getting around much easier. The garden is a great plus: spacious, with lots of greenery, rocking chairs to relax and an ideal barbecue to enjoy the outdoors. Everything invites you to stay longer. I would definitely recommend this place and come back without any hesitation.

Had a great stay in Paris, this small cottage was very cozy and great to share on a friends trip to paris, would work great for a family as well! the area was really safe and walking distance from all touristic places! Would definitely stay there again :)) keep in mind that the restroom does not fully close which was the only downside when it’s a bigger group.

The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. Great stay in Roussy. Was great to have an extra washroom and the sofa bed was the most comfortable of all 5 places we stayed in Europe. Also appreciated the bottled water and treats upon arrival. Was so welcome after a long day travelling. Nice little village with lots of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!!

We loved our stay over new years at this stunning spot! Our host Florence was so amazing and greeted us when we arrived and answered any questions we had over our stay! Her home is so beautiful and filled with books and was located in such a fun and walkable area with so many amazing restaurants and cafes around the corner! We will absolutely book this spot in the future when we visit Paris and would highly recommend it to anyone!!!!

Had a great stay, the location was in the middle of paris, perfect place to get around the city via walking, metro, bus, bike etc. The room was charming and looked exactly as in the pictures. Good wifi, and easy to access. Only caveat is that check-in/check-out is a little less lenient than other places (4pm check-in 10am check-out) vs the standard /3pm checkin 11am checkout)
