Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative in the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, please note that the pool protection curtain is not functional. Nice house, all on the ground floor. 3 spacious bedrooms with closet space including 2 rooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Large fenced garden which was very nice for our dog. The swimming pool is separately equipped with a fence and great for diving in after ( or during) a hot day. From the house, Montpellier , the beaches , caves and various old towns can be reached within a 45-minute drive. Wonderful place to stay for a while

We had a great time in Avignon! The house is very nice and very spacious! We really enjoyed the different terraces, the pool area is great (too bad it's not heated). The exteriors are shaded and varied, but the land is sloping (to be taken into account with a baby who has just discovered walking). Children's games including the perched wooden hut are very enjoyable! A big thank you to Maxime for his warm welcome and for the flexibility of the check-in and checkout times. We would highly recommend!!!

This house is a dream! We had a very nice time here. The house is in a very quiet environment. The garden, pool and all the amenities in the house are perfect. Nothing is missing, it is especially great with children, because it has many great toys and much more (changing table, high chairs, learning tower, baby and crib). The house is very nice and lovingly furnished, so you feel very comfortable right away. Everything is very clean and the rooms have plenty of storage space. We definitely recommend this house! Communication with Maxime was very easy. He is very friendly and always responded very quickly.

We were very warmly welcomed by Thomas and his wife! The house is very cozy and you immediately feel comfortable!The two bedrooms next to each other are a little noisy, if you are sensitive, you should know that!The kitchen is superbly equipped and the highlight is truly the outdoor area, an oasis of tranquility, wonderfully green, the beautiful trees, simply a dream, we enjoyed it very much...In addition, everything is very clean, nice beds and linens, we would come back anytime! Beautiful villa, we had a lovely time with 11 people in this villa. The pool and hot tub were fully appreciated. A great and flexible welcome (departure and arrival) and full of small touches (coffee, pasta, breakfast, etc.). Very good bedding, clean sheets and 3 towels available per person. A small flushing problem that didn't stop us from enjoying a great sunny weekend!!

The house was perfect for a weekend with friends! Very well equipped, spacious and warm, it offered an ideal setting to meet and have a good time together. Overall we had a nice stay, thanks again!

Our villa was amazing. Such a lovely place for us to stay with our family of ten. Very spacious bedrooms. Great outside area to bbq and have evening meals. Romain's accommodation is a haven of peace located in the beautiful Montpellier hinterland. Close to the city and medieval villages, hills, the beach or wilder swimming spots, it's the perfect place to please everyone. As far as the welcome is concerned, I did not have the chance to meet Romain, but he was extremely available by phone to make our stay easier from every point of view. I thank him warmly.

We were a group of 11 ppl, and enjoyed our stay. The host was available everytime, location great and clean with a lot of thing to do in the area. We will come back for sure

We had a great time. Sophie is a great host, very welcoming and helpful in sorting out one or two things for us. Her restaurant recommendation (Maison Hermine) was exceptional. Providing a cot and high chair was helpful. The house was better than described and well equipped with ample dishes, glasses and cutlery. It was great to have a choice of outdoor spaces to sit. The single beds were a little small for adults. We had hoped the pool would be a little warmer - perhaps in mid September the sun isn't strong enough. But some of us enjoyed it. Serignan is a lovely small town, we loved walking to the bakery for breakfast and the local wine cooperative is very convenient for the property. We had a great week and would go again.

Christelle is a kind, caring and responsive host. We had a great vacation in his lovely home. Our son's shaded garden and pool made our son happy. Just like the cats and the rabbit living outside that we had the pleasure of feeding during our stay. We particularly appreciated: the location of the house that allowed us to shine in the area, varying activities every day, and the fact that the house is air-conditioned given the summer heat.
