O espaço é aconchegante, e super limpo. Está em uma ótima localização onde conseguimos fazer muitas coisas com poucos minutos de caminhada. Além de supermercados e estações de transporte mesmo á porta. Check-in fácil com instruções claras. Anfitriões disponíveis, recomendo. Obrigada 😊

Nettes kleines Häuschen. Lage war genial, 2min vom Strand aber auch nicht direkt am Strand so war es schön ruhig. Sauberkeit war gut. Parken ist direkt vor der Tür auf einem riesigen Parkplatz möglich. Eventuell ist der in der Hochsaison aber auch voll. Bei uns war er sehr leer. Im September hatten viele Bars etc zu. Was etwas schade war aber auch verständlich. Strand was sehr sauber und komplett leer. Für das nötigste gibt es zwei kleine Supermärkte. Wir sind aber nach Tocha zum einkaufen gefahren. Mit Catia hatten wir wenig Kontakt. Wenn wir aber geschrieben haben hat sie innerhalb einer Minute geantwortet. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt und kommen sicherlich wieder ;)

Could not have picked a better place! Honestly, think he should charge more (shhhh!) so bright, clean, modern and great location! Friendly and helpful - He’s a friend keeper! This is the place you want to stay! No more searching!

Espaço limpo e bem localizado do centro. Anfitriã simpática e acessível.

hemos ido con otros 3 amigos al Airbnb de Pedro y se ha pasado muy bien, un piso muy funcional y cerca de la playa para surfear! Pedro desde el primer día de comunicación era muy amable dando las instrucciones con claridad. Todos los servicios dentro eran útiles y el espacio fuera agradable para comer los días de sol.

O espaço de Joana é muito confortável, tudo limpo e novo, tudo funcionando. Estivemos no inverno e ficamos bem quentinhos na casa. A localização é ótima, tranquila, perto de pontos turísticos importantes e dos principais serviços. Há um pequeno restaurante delicioso bem pertinho. Foi realmente uma ótima escolha!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dieser sehr hellen, liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung in einem ruhigen Fischerdorf direkt hinter den Dünen – in erster Reihe zum Meer. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, das Bett und die Kopfkissen extrem bequem und die Küche bestens ausgestattet – perfekt, um sich auch selbst zu versorgen. Besonders praktisch: ein eigener Garagenplatz und Strandutensilien, die uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Im Ort gibt es Surfschulen, Restaurants, zwei Cafés, MiniSupermarkt und eine richtig gute Bäckerei. In der Nähe lohnen sich Ausflüge nach Aveiro, Costa Nova oder zum Wandern rund um Quiaios. Wir hatten drei abwechslungsreiche Tage: von Sonne und 28 Grad am Strand über stürmischen Regen bis zu perfektem Wetter für lange Spaziergänge am Meer – diese Wohnung ist wirklich für jedes Wetter geeignet. Die Kommunikation mit Simone war schnell und sehr hilfsbereit- inklusive Bildern zur Orientierung. Wir würden immer wiederkommen-sehr empfehlenswert.

Cazita's Place was great. We were allowed to arrive a couple of hours earlier than check-in. Zeta gave us the keys at the door to the house. It is much bigger than it looks from the outside. Hardly any passing traffic on the narrow road at the front. We were also allowed to leave our bags at Cazita's Office - 4 min walk away on the last day as we had a late bus to the airport. Nearly everything in Aveiro is walkable from the house. We fully recommend you going to the walk way at Passadiços de Aveiro . It's probably about 60 mins walk away or a short Uber drive which cost us less than 4 euros. But, the Boarded walk is exposed across the salt flats so wear the right clothing. If we were ever in the area again we would book to stay. You should make sure you get the free tourist leaflets at the start of your visit from the Tourist Information Centre. They offer various free walking trails that will enhance your visit.

Modern building in a peaceful village. Bright and spacious apartment. Very quiet surroundings. Very clean and modern flat. Fast and reliable WiFi, smart-tv and a comfy sofa. Beds with new mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen, automatic coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle. You will need a car to get around, though. Small and well equipped store in walking distance, restaurants easily reached by car. Silvia was super friendly and always there when needed, but very discreet. She gave us valuable information on the surroundings and interesting things to see, like Águeda and Aveiro. We felt very welcome and like at home. We can fully recommend Avelino's place. Thank you again, Silvia!

Recomendamos la vivienda de Joana, es tal cual el anuncio. A destacar la limpieza, todo está muy cuidado y nuevo. Es una vivienda muy bonita y cómoda. Lugar idóneo para familias. Está ubicado dentro una urbanización privada que está muy bien cuidada. Joana es muy amable y la comunicación ha sido muy fácil.

Adorei a casa da Gafanha, era o que buscávamos. Foram dias de descanso, a vizinhança é bem tranquila, gostamos bastante. A Cristiana foi muito prestativa e educada, passando informações claras e úteis. Super recomendo.

La Sra. Gracinda y su esposo son muy amables nos dieron una cálida bienvenida en casa Ajúli , muy limpia y ordenada zona tranquila y de fácil ubicación muy cerca del terminal de trenes, llegamos el 29-12-2024 y nos fuimos el 03-01-25 recibimos el año y pasamos unos días estupendos en Aveiro!

Tivemos um final de ano incrível numa casa maravilhosa em Fermentelos! A casa é perfeita para grupos ou famílias, com espaços amplos e confortáveis, além de uma cozinha totalmente equipada. A localização é excelente, permitindo fácil acesso a aventuras na natureza. O ambiente tranquilo e acolhedor foi ideal para relaxar e aproveitar momentos especiais entre amigos. O anfitrião foi extremamente prestativo, tornando nossa estadia ainda mais agradável. Recomendamos essa casa sem hesitar e certamente voltaremos!

Excelente estadia! A casa está localizada perto da praia, num local com muita privacidade e rodeado de natureza. Levámos o nosso cão, que pôde andar livremente no espaço exterior porque é grande e todo vedado. A casa é muito boa, com todas as comodidades e com um espaço exterior fantástico e muito privado, com mesa, rede e espreguiçadeiras. Para quem quiser ir á praia, tem disponíveis toalhas, bóias, bolas e chapéus de sol. Para além da ótima comunicação e flexibilidade dos proprietários, tenho de realçar a enorme simpatia pelo facto de deixarem á disposição várias garrafas de vinho, cervejas frescas, gelados, chocolates, e outros tantos itens básicos para comer e cozinhar. Adorámos tudo e claramente iremos voltar. Obrigada!

We had the most amazing time at Hugo and Jennys. The whole place is just beautiful. Theres a great view of the river from the terasse and the pool is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of fresh vegetables in the garden that we were welcome to eat. We also highly recommend trying Jennys homecooked meals- it was great being able to eat on site without having to cook ourselves, specially when travelling with young kids. The food also tasted amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the place, pool and garden. Overall we highly recommend staying at Jenny and Hugos, the surrounding langscape is beautiful, the house is incredible and Hugo and Jenny are fantastic hosts. We are definately coming back ❤️

Excelente! Um sitio muito bom para passar férias. A casa está lindíssima , com tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas semanas de férias . A vista que temos do Oceano é maravilhosa. O senhor António é muito atencioso . Super recomendo.

Piso con ubicación muy tranquila. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso en familia. Vistas al mar desde la casa y muy cerca de la playa. Los niños disfrutaron mucho de la piscina. Afonso y Luis, los anfitriones son muy amables y dispuestos. 100% recomendable!

appartement très propre calme, bien équipé et a 2 pas de la plage. tout est proche, boulangerie , petits supermarchés . Marina est très agréable. je recommande.

We stayed here for a month because my son went to school nearby. The place is nice, especially the view from the balcony! It's so lovely. The place is small but it has everything necessary. There is a washing machine in the garden. Rui was friending and helpful and responsive.

Emplacement trés pratique pour visiter Coimbra à pied tout en étant éloigné du tumulte du centre-ville.
