Apartment next to the Lighthouse, in a pedestrian zone, 20 meters from the sand. Excellent views of the beach and entrance to the Port of Aveiro. Surrounded by restaurants and terraces. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite. The kitchen, bright and well-equipped, has an induction cooktop and oven, washing machine and dishwasher, coffee maker and dining table. Very spacious room. The perfect location for a beach holiday. Now with elevator!!!!

Me and my husband wanted a little break away and came across this gem! All the reviews we read prior to booking were absolutely correct! If I’m honest I don’t think the photos do this place justice, it’s a lovely apartment with fantastic views, right on the beach front. We felt right at home! The Bronze seafood restaurant just a short walk down on the beach has the best cappuccino in the world! The food was awesome and fresh too. The beach has a lovely boardwalk either side, with breathtaking views. Bars and restaurants along the way We hope to return in the near future Thanks again Diogo for your quick responses and the perfect little getaway Bonnie & Nick

We enjoyed our stay at Sonia's apartment. It is well located, on the side of the river with the restaurants nearby. The apartment is cozy and has practically everything we need. It doesn't have its own parking, but it was easy to park on the street except local Festival days when we had to go a couple of laps and park a couple of streets farther away. Sonia was attentive and always answered our questions. We would recommend this place.

Last-minute accommodation booked for 2 nights, and it was enough to see that it was very well maintained. There was nothing missing, and beyond that, it felt very good. Thanks to the host for this as well as for their responsiveness in messages! I highly recommend, accessible price and more than pleasant environment since right next to the sea.

I had to go to Aveiro for work and stayed at this house from September to December. I couldn't have chosen better! It is a spacious, comfortable house equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for those looking to focus and work with peace of mind. It is also ideal for those who prefer to live somewhat away from the city center or for those who enjoy sports or going to the beach. On the other hand, João, the host, was very friendly and attentive, and was always available for any need. I hope to go back soon.
