Rosa Mare is a beach house. It started as the home of my grandparents, Rosa and Manuel, humble people dedicated to the land and fishing. They had 13 children. It is a family home, in a quiet and wonderful location, close to the estuary, the beach and the forest. Single-story, accessible house with large rooms, work area, living room in common with the kitchen/dining room, salamander, patio and barbecue. Ideal for vacation or remote work. Close to Aveiro, but with the tranquility of the countryside and the seaside.

T2 Duplex, top floor of 1 line with sea view with 1 terrace and 1 balcony, both with sea view, furnished, elevator, quiet site, sea view, shops and restaurants nearby. Smoking is expressly prohibited inside the apartment, but is allowed on the balcony and terrace. Flexible check-in time and possible after 2:00 p.m. upon request and agreed by both parties. Important note: the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms will only be available for reservations of 2+ people.

My place is close to the beach, 6.7 km from Praia de Mira and 20 minutes from Aveiro ;) Coimbra is 40 minutes away as well as Porto ;) Lisbon is about 1 hour away ;) very well located in a quiet and secure residence :) private garage, closed and free ;) The apartment can accommodate 4 adults :) with very comfortable beds ;) linen can be provided for me for an additional fee. On site €10 set of sheets and towels p2 surveillance cameras outside

Live Vagueira Beach

Apartment with swimming pool 50 meters from the beach, fully equipped and furnished to enjoy unforgettable days on the best beach in the world. The rooms are spacious and overlook the sea and the pool. The barbecue allows you to prepare outdoor meals. There is free parking in the building in an individual garage. When leaving the house, you have everything within walking distance: beach, restaurants, surf school, fish market and the sunset.

Vagueira Beach is situated between Mira Beach (15 Km) and Costa Nova (6 Km). Aveiro is 18 km away. The apartment is in front of the beach and close to the shopping area (restaurants, bakeries, market and supermarkets).
