Unser denkmalgeschütztes Ferienhaus mit ca. 95 qm Wohnfläche befindet sich in der Nähe der Altstadt von Nideggen. Zwischen Marktplatz und Burg, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem mitten im Geschehen. In wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie das Zentrum von Nideggen mit seinen schönen Cafés und Restaurants, wo sicher für jeden etwas dabei ist. Bis zur Burg sind es ca. 100 m. Von unserem Haus können Sie ebenfalls wunderbare Wanderungen in die nähere Umgebung wie das Rurtal oder die Kletterfelsen starten.

The holiday apartment can accommodate 6 people and is located in the cosy courtyard of the Hoeve in a quiet area in the hills of Vijlen. The holiday apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with luxurious box-spring beds in a cosy atmosphere. The garden of over 2 hectares is available to enjoy the view over the hills. A small dog is allowed in consultation. Recreational rental only.

Through a private entrance you enter the kitchen / sitting room. Here you can cook, eat and spend the evening. Here are some original items that were used in the mine. You enter the bedroom through this living room. Behind a comfortable double bed you will see a photo wall of the former Staatsmijn Hendrik. Even the night lights are made from original miners helmets. Behind the bedroom is the bathroom and finally a small private garden .

LA TOUR LARBUISSON La « Tour de Larbuisson » résulte de la transformation en logement insolite d’une ancienne tour électrique bâtie en 1930. Le défi était de créer un espace dédié au repos et à la création artistique tout en y intégrant tout le confort actuel ; la tour de 25m2 comporte ainsi une cuisine équipée, une salle de bain et une chambre, le tout réparti sur 4 niveaux dont la superficie de chacun fait 2,50/2,50 mètres.

Oder sie können ihre Zeit mit Radfahrer, Wandern oder mit Schoppen verbringen. Den die rad und Wandergebiet Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide und Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.( circa 20 min.)
