CHALET WITH SAUNA FOR FANTASTIC SKIING

5 minutes' walk from a huge ski area and a bus stop outside for a 5 minute ride to other ski areas. No need for car hire, just walk from the train station. Ski hire/school, restaurants and food shops all within 5 mins. Great views across the mountains. Mountain nature reserve behind the chalet. WiFi, English TVs (2 of them!). 33Mbps Wifi One of five places I have listed. Over 800 guests a year now stay at my five holiday homes run by me. Mountainview Cottage Muletg - Flims LAAX

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Berghaus Anna Lisa - Wiesengrund

Ferienwohnung Wiesengrund is our "smallest" apartment with just under 90 square meters. She gets her special atmosphere through the architectural peculiarity of the Anna Lisa mountain house, the circular area in the front part of the house. This apartment is equipped with two bedrooms. The apartment has a large bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment is ideal for families with children or friendly married couples. The small bedroom is intended for our little guests.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Börlas - Apartment 2

Herzlich Willkommen im Haus Katharina, in ruhiger Südhanglage auf 1000m mit Bachlauf. Es erwartet Sie ein kleines Apartment mit Doppelbett, privatem Bad, Küchenzeile und Terrasse, Parkplatz uns W-Lan in ruhiger Lage und unmittelbarer Nähe zur Natur und zahlreichen Wanderwegen, nicht nur zum Hauchenberg. Bitte bedenken Sie, dass Börlas ein kleines Dorf in landwirtschaftlicher Umgebung mit Hühnern, Kühen, Pferden, Pfau, Katzen und Hunden ist. Außerdem gibt es einen Hund im Haus.

Besides this idyllic location, the apartment offers many features: It can accommodate up to 7 people. Because besides the 5standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers quality sleeping space for two people. The deep and very spacious terrace is oriented in two cardinal directions and guarantees sun in the morning and in the afternoon, as the peaks of the Rätikon allow it.

An oasis of calm

The very quiet apartment is on the mezzanine floor, has 3.5 rooms, a kitchen and has direct access to 30 square meters of balcony, terrace and garden. The outdoor pool and shopping are a maximum of five minutes' walk away. The idyllic garden is fully usable and excellently planted, making it an ideal playground for children of all ages. The cross-country ski trail of the village is also right next door.
