Vacation rentals in Vacciaghetto

We (a family with a young daughter) stayed four nights at Sebastiano’s place and had a wonderful time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very spacious (even larger than expected from the photos), and the balcony and terrace offer stunning views of Lake Lugano. Gandria is a charming, picturesque village with a few nice places to eat. The bus and boat stations are just a short walk away, and there are lovely paths for hiking and strolling. We don’t have a car and got around entirely with public transport — it takes a little planning but works very well. Sebastiano was a great host — very easy to communicate with and proactive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

Our stay at Villa Nila was simply amazing. Nicola welcomed us warmly upon arrival and offered helpful recommendations for places to eat and things to do. He was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The property itself is so well-designed and functional, not to mention the breathtakingly beautiful views of the lake and garden from the private terrace and from inside the property. There is a full kitchen with an espresso machine, stove, fridge/freezer, etc. We enjoyed the complimentary espresso and beverages that Nicola provided. And the rain showers in both bathrooms are a nice touch! The location of the property was perfect for our group (5 adults) — everything was just a short walk away. It was easy to take the ferry to other towns on the lake from Torno, and we especially enjoyed our daily (sometimes twice daily) coffee from Bar Italia near the ferry stop. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to return the next time we are in the Lake Como area.

Pobyt u Matteo okazał się idealnym wyborem. Mieszkanie przestronne,czyste,dobrze wyposażone. Matteo bardzo był pomocny, odpowiadał szybko na nasze wiadomości. Na zewnątrz jest miejsce i całe wyposażenie na grilla i co najważniejsze miejsce parkingowe pod domem. Lokalizacja świetna. Można zwiedzić piękne Lago Maggiore,a do Como tylko 1 h drogi. Polecam z całego serca!

Excellent spot with a beautiful view. Plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen is well equipped to cook home cooked meal and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Check in was smooth and Gian welcomed us and showed us around. Highly recommended!

Très bon séjour chez Rossana et Roberto. L'appartement est très confortable et bien équipé (literie de bonne qualité aussi). Au calme tout en ayant rapidement accès aux zones à visiter. Vue absolument magnifique !!! Et pour l'accès en voiture à la location : oui c'est étroit sur les derniers mètres mais tout à fait faisable. Un grand merci à Rossana pour nos échanges : messages toujours très sympathiques et toujours disponible si besoin.

We had a lovely time at the cottage, enjoying three days of peace and quiet. It‘s amazing to destress and the hosts have been super friendly and lovely ☺️ The apartment has a fully stacked kitchen, which we loved and a big TV perfect for a movie night. We also really loved the games and coloring stuff, such a nice touch!

This apartment is in a perfect location for a mid-lake visit to Lago di Como. It’s a few steps from the Lenno ferry stop, an easy boat ride and walk to Villa Carlotta and Villa del Balbaniello, respectively, and is situated right at the waters edge with jaw-dropping views of the lake and mountains from the living room, primary bedroom, and one bathroom. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We were met at the ferry and they were very flexible about a late check out. The maps and ferry schedule provided were helpful as well. The apartment is absolutely stunning. High ceilings, big windows, and elegant and sophisticated interior design. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were great. We appreciated many of the design choices, like the hideaway coffee machine and art complementing the furnishings. Lenno was quiet during our April stay and I imagine the experience could be different during high season. Regardless, we hope we can visit again. This is a very special place.

We spent NYE at Nathalie's place, and it was simply magical. The apartment is wonderful, and that view breathtaking, especially at sunrises. Natahlie has been an amazing host, we did not have a car, and she came picking us up at Arona and drove us to the apartment. Superb experience, highly recommended!

Es ist ein sehr gemütliches Landhaus mitten in den Bergen auf einem kleinen Weingut. Wir haben uns sofort verliebt in diese Location. Der Blick auf die Berge, den hinter Palmen und Pampasgras versteckten Lago Maggiore und den Verzasca Staudamm ist sensationell. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein bisschen schwierig zu finden, doch Dank Albertos telefonischer Erreichbarkeit ging es dann sehr gut. Eine Parkmöglichkeit gibt es auch. Man hat tolle Wandermöglichkeiten, die uns Alberto als Empfehlung geschickt hat. Im nahen Gordola findet man auch alles was man braucht. Wir planen sehr gerne wieder zu kommen.
