Cozy 35-square meter one room apartment only 800 meters from the city centre. The apartment has its own entrance from the inner yard. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and the apartment is close to the city centre, parks and the sea. There's a double bed for two beside the fireplace. The kitchen is spacious, well stocked and easy to cook in. The living room has a TV with local channels and an HDMI-cord for your own devices. Laundry machine and big closets make also longer stays possible.
