Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Spacious house located in the heart of Vaas. 30 min drive to the Les 24h du Mans circuit. 2 min from Vaas train station, direct train to Le Mans. Close to local shops (bakery, market, bar, beauty center, restaurant ...) no need to be transported to enjoy the surroundings. The house has a private and equipped gym as well as a large garden. Tastefully and simply decorated, very pleasant and ideal for large groups, you will feel at home here!
