Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Between the Loire with its castles and the Loir with its many tourist sites, Thierry and Jean welcome you to a gîte classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, independent and tastefully renovated, with a living area of 92 m2 on 2 levels, 5 beds, with terraces. It is in the extension of the main house, a historic 18th century residence. The 9000 m2 wooded park is available to visitors. Very quiet neighborhood at the entrance to the village next to a 15th century chapel.
