Quiet, peaceful and relaxing describes our newly remodeled homestead. This ranchhouse is designed for activities and has plenty of areas to enjoy. Family-owned, this working ranch is 10 minutes from Garner, 5 minutes from Utopia and 20-ish from Lost Maples. With Garner, Lost Maples State Park, the Twisted Sisters and the Frio river close there's always something fun to do. There are many local eateries, some with live music and lots of fun little shops to check out. Come and enjoy!

This is a river house like no other. You will enjoy unique modern upgrades. Enjoy an abundance of deer & turkey, right outside the front door. The master bedroom, kitchen & bathroom rival any high end accommodations you may find. Its a true gem. We have "Barn Life" on airbnb which is in back.
