The Farmhouse is built with solid wood floors and solid wood shiplap walls. Decorated with real antiques and Texas décor. High end granite and kitchen countertops, tile showers with old school touches everywhere. It's a blend of new and old including sliding barn style doors. One of our off-site properties, River Park Lodge overlooks the Sabinal River just south of Utopia Park Lake. This 4 bed, 2 bath home has a big porch, hot tub and 300 feet of private river frontage. A fully stocked kitchen, nice living area, along with hardwood floors make this house extremely inviting! Linens and towels are provided. 3 rooms have queen beds, and the 4th has two bunks each with full mattresses. There will be a $110 cleaning fee added to your reservation. NO PETS ALLOWED

This Cabin comfortably sleeps 12 to 14 people, but can accommodate 16. It has two bedrooms with a king-size bed in each, two bedrooms with two full-size beds in each, and two full-size futons in the living room. It has two bathrooms, a kitchen equipped with basic kitchen items, and a washer and dryer. Outside there's a patio with a hot tub, fire pit, charcoal BBQ grill, picnic tables, horseshoes, & volleyball net.
