Thank you for our home for the month of January in Helsinki. The apartment was cozy, peaceful and had everything we needed to feel at home. The city centre is easily walkable from the apartment and there's some great cafés very close by, Rams was our favourite. The Alepa across the road has a great selection of groceries too. Within minutes you can be walking along the harbour too. Highly recommend a stay here, we'll definitely be returning. Thanks.

We stayed at Juha‘s apartment over the Easter holidays and enjoyed it a lot. The flat is centrally located with many places of interest, shops, restaurants and public transport in walking distance. Nonetheless it was quiet and we could sleep well. The kitchen is well equipped, and we enjoyed the sauna! Communication was easy and helpful. We can recommend Juha‘s apartment 100%.

Je recommande cet appartement pour sa localisation proche du centre 15 min à pied et de la mer 5 min. Bien desservi par les transport : tram à proximité. Très fonctionnel et la déco hyper classe. Le sauna est un plus. Très bien équipé et propre. Le parking est très utile. La manipulation de la plate forme est simple. La lumière de l’appartement le rend encore plus agréable. L’équipe est réactive et de bon conseils. Les commerces sont à 10 min. Le sauna Löyly a proximité est une pépite à expérimenter avec bain dans la mer. Très bon séjour sur Helsinki grâce à l’appartement entre autres.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Lage und Ausstattung sind super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll war vor allem, dass Ilkka auf unsere Nachrichten immer schnell geantwortet hat und bei Nachfragen und Wünschen sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich war. Ein sehr guter Preis für eine sehr gute Wohnung.

I enjoyed staying at Seija’s apartment so so much. Her instructions were clear, I had no problem at all from the airport to her apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy, it just looks exactly as the pictures shown and the description mentioned. Tram #1 and tram #6 with stops very close to the apartment. It’s easy to get to the city center! She was also responsive. Furthermore, the private sauna is a bonus, I enjoyed it a lot. I felt refreshed after the sauna every day. I will definitely choose Seija’s apartment again if I visit Helsinki! Thanks Seija! :)

This was one of the best place we have stayed in in Helsinki and we come almost every month. We absolutely loved it, the flat is beautiful and really well furnished, modern but welcoming. It feels homey and is really comfortable. It is located in a really nice area, close to the sea but 5min. by tram to the city center and the tram is about 25m. from the door. Edward was a great host, very reactive and accommodating. We are already planning to come back here as much as we can in the coming months :)

The condo was lovely. We truly loved our stay. It was a perfect home away from home for my family and two young kids (a 3 year old and 0 year old). The location was great. Everything was beautiful. It was sparkly clean. The owner was hospitable and timely responded to all inquiries. The condo was conveniently located just 80 minutes from Helsinki and was near the sea, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The listing indicated it had 4 bedrooms. Only three bedrooms were accessible to us, which was perfectly fine as there was plenty of room and we loved our stay. A handicap friendly elevator was offered, if needed (which we utilized for toting the heavy bags with lots of kids' stuff up to the third floor). The house had two full bathrooms and was equipped with a bubble bath and a sauna. Everything about the apartment was charming, immaculate, cozy, stylish, and just perfect. At the time we made the reservation, we inquired about our need for a crib or pack n play for our baby. The owner promptly responded that a pack n play would be provided. Not only was there a pack n play set up when we arrived, there was also a high chair set up at the dining room table. We appreciated the thoughtful and sweet gesture. Having the special items at the condo made traveling with a baby comfortable and easy. The owner was extremely friendly and courteous. Once we checked in, the owner reached out to us to make sure everything was great and assured us we could contact him with any questions/concerns during our stay. The three accessible bedrooms were on the third floor. Two bedrooms were large and had balconies. The third bedroom was smaller and had two skylights. There was a fabulous bathroom on the third floor complete with a shower and a sauna. The second floor had a full and beautiful kitchen with all the amenities we could need for cooking in the condo, a comfy and stylish living area, a long dining room table, a beautiful bathroom with a tub and shower, and a balcony with seaside views. The bottom floor had our entrance, a foyer, and the stairwell.

Rodrigo et Klaus sont des hôtes très sympathiques, attentifs aux détails. L'appartement est très joli, bien équipé, très propre, dans une atmosphère paisible, bien conçu. Nous avons été impressionnés par le calme qui y règne, aucun bruit de l'extérieur ne s'entend. Ce calme, associé à des matelas de très bonne qualité, nous a permis de passer de très bonnes nuits. Pourtant le quartier est animé, autre point positif, proposant ainsi restaurants, supermarchés, commerces. Le service de bus, à 2 minutes, est incroyablement dense et nous emmène partout. Il ne faut que quelques minutes pour rejoindre le centre d'Helsinki en bus ou métro. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Vi var 3 venner på storby sightseeing nogle dage i Helsinki. Beliggenheden er genial, gåafstand til alt i centrum. Lejjligheden er meget stor, super flot og skinnende ren. Der er alt man har brug for i køkkenet og lidt til. Der er virkelig mange gode spisesteder i området også med take away muligheder. restauranten i bygningen var også god :-) Perfekt til stor familie eller flere venner.

Dit was de tweede keer dat we in dit appartement waren. Heerlijke plek, makkelijk te bereiken. Fijn dat we eerder in het appartement konden. Handig dat de supermarkt vlakbij is en de tram. Katajanokka is een mooi stuk van Helsinki. Binnen no time ben je in de binnenstad, vlak bij zijn verschillende restaurants. De beste is Wellamo. Ik kom graag terug 🥰.

The area is a little way out of the centrum but a tram stop takes you straight in and out of Helsinki and the ferry terminal is right nearby.

Jamar’s apartment is wonderful - cozy and stocked with everything you need. He was super responsive, gave clear instructions, and was always ready to help. He offered a garage right next to the apartment for a really reasonable fee. Fair warning, though: the garage is a bit tight (like many in older Helsinki buildings), so you’ll need to be a little careful maneuvering in and out.

Meitä oli neljän hengen seurue ja asunnossa oli valtavasti tilaa. Illalla oli mukava pelata lautapelejä olohuoneessa ja sitten vetäytyä oman huonen rauhaan.

This was an ideal place for us to stay while we adjusted to the time-zone change and explored Helsinki on foot. It is just minutes from the waterfront, which is a great running route and swimming location. The wonderful sauna Loyly is a ten-minute walk and full of interesting people. Now we understand why the Finns love saunas! Melina’s condo is lovely in all respects, well appointed, and in a venerable picture-post-card worthy building. Melina is a responsive and caring host. The kitchen-living room has very high ceilings, giving a feeling of spaciousness. The bathroom is compact and the ceiling in part of the bedroom slopes down, but these are minor inconveniences more than offset by the many positive attributes. We would gladly stay here again.
